Warning: if you’re after seeing your ice cream churned via liquid nitrogen, then you may be disappointed! Came here for this experience but it was scooped out of the trays. When we queried it, they said they just do a big batch of the “popular” flavours. Worst part is the lady took our payment of cash without cleaning hands prior to using her hands to grab the wafers etc. Gelato was seriously mediocre. Pictured gaytime & Ferraro rocher with a syringe of chocolate & coffee syrup was $9.50 each

Very disappointed. The gelato was thick like peanut butter and bland - very difficult to eat and not tasty at all! Ordered combos, which included a syringe and waffle. The syringe froze in the gelato and had to struggle to squirt. Waffle made no sense as it was not in a plate and you can’t use the glug of a gelato to mix or spread on the waffle. We didn’t finish ours and all of the tubs and waffle went into the bin. Wish we had opted to just buy ready-made ice-cream instead.

We got their tim tam milo ice cream with a salted caramel syringe. I highly recommend getting the salted caramel sauce it was really delish and perfectly salted. The ice cream was good and you get tim tam bits at the bottom after you dug through the chocolate milo ice cream. It was really fun looking at the process of making the ice cream using the nitrogen gas.

First nitrogen experience here at the Nitro Lab! I ordered the raspberry sorbet and was in awe as I watched being freshly made! The selections are endless and some are customisable, staff are friendly and give great recommendations for first-timers and although it's a little pricey, you get what you pay for!

Used expired milk which gave a really weird texture to my matcha drink. The workers also scoffed when I was asking questions about the sugar content of some of the drinks. The golden gaytime crunch ice cream was yum, but I wanted to see them make it with the nitrogen :(

It's a cool place, may be because they use Nitrogen. Overall, staff are professional, ice cream are good and the prices of making them is interesting.

An interesting range of flavours. Mine had a raspberry sorbet base and a generous mound of Nutella on top. It was also complemented by a nice , crunchy crumble. I forget the name but it was yum
