I Love Chicken

Visited on 22 May 2022. Please do not go to this restaurant!!! The waitress have no manners and giving us her attitude...who is the customer here!? The stove given for spicy chicken was not on and thus the cheese were not melted. She said the stove do not need to be turn on! What a waste of food!!! Food 0 Service level -1

Pure disappointment, I got charged $19 for this kimchi fried rice that is 1/4 the amount of fried rice from other restaurants. Not only does it not taste like kimchi fried rice, the rice is bitter because it’s burned! I would never come back to this place again and suggest other people shouldn’t unless you want to waste your money.

I ordered takeaway from I Love Chicken with high expectations. The restaurant operates until late and groups of customers seems to enjoy themselves here. The staff that served me was sweet and lovely. However, the food was a disappointment. I've had most Korean Fried Chicken specialists around Melbourne and I Love Chicken is worse than a mere chain Korean Fried Chicken restaurant. The sauce for the small portion of the chicken didn't cover all the chicken, the chicken tasted dry and it's not crunchy at all. And there were gross, marrow part of the chicken, I understand I had ordered bone-in but I've never had any restaurant give me an off part. I also ordered chips, honey butter flavoured, the flavour was nice but the quality of the chips were quite horrible. It's exactly the same as the soggy yellow chips from the most unpopular fish and chips shop in Melbourne. I don't think I will order again from here, the Fried chicken next door from Korean Table tasted better and they don't claim to be Fried chicken specialists.

i don't think it's a staff problem , it's owner problem .PUT MORE STAFF ! especially on the weekend if i were the staff i would feel very sad stressed .I come here every weekend .The food is good but poor the staff she can't serve all the customer at the same time .Have some common sense for your staff

Severely disappointing service and sub par taste for the fried chicken. The chicken was not as good in taste or crispy compared to other establishments in the city. We were not served the usual radish or other sides till we asked for it. This place is priced similar to most Korean fried chicken places in the city. So atleast you expect to be able to visit with friends and catch up. We were forced out of our table and forced to eat quicker. No indication was given of the table being reserved, nor was there a queue for tables outside. We didn't visit close to closing time or peak hours. Our visit duration was ~30-40 mins. Visit this place only if you want to be treated like a Second-Class Citizen. I am sure the store representative will make some comments or excuses on the matter as they have done for other reviewers. Edit : we were multiple people. I don't need to use a different ID. Your comments are very immature.
