Today is my second day in a row for lunch at Spicy Fish in Chinatown. The lunch sets are such great value starting from just $9.80 and the quality of ingredients very good. The fish and seafood we had today are very fresh. Could still taste the natural flavours of the seafood through all that chillies and spices. Very very glad they now have a new Manager to ensure the quality and service there is top notch. Will definitely be going back and recommending my friends there. Today's lunch cost us just $16 each. My tummy and wallet are both happy 😄

Huge portion. However do the chicken dish that I ordered was all winglets. Could have ordered the boneless chicken if I knew the one with bones were all winglets. Was menu stated that the rice is charged as per person. However there were no refilling available.

The food is not that good. The waiters could not care less about you, I was alone and asked for help to choose, I was offered the dish that gives name to the place, the spicy fishs. The taste was ok but it feels as if you have a fish tank in front of you, is huge, and they did not care to warn me about the size. I guess that there's other Chinese places that will care just a little bit more about their customers. Please avoid the place.

Spicy Fish has really spicy dishes for those who love chillies, and really delicious dishes for those who can't cope hot chillies. I have been there three times, each time the ingredients in my lunch dish were very fresh and tasty. Service is always good. Food comes quickly so we can go back to work on time, and the best thing is the price - usually around $10 will give you a very generous feed.

My friend and I played a game to choose a restaurant randomly by gambling and so we ended up here!! For the random choice it was quite good, with average wine and good dumplings we ended up having chilli with a side of chicken. Highly recommend for everyone with a strong passion for dried chilli. Anyone else please stay far away :))

Great food if you like spice. Lunch specials are great. Must try dish is the signature spicy fish and chili chicken (boneless). Been coming here awhile and off late the spiciness has gone down.

The food quality was alright. I had some simple dan dan noodles. Staff could be more atentive, fast, and gentle. No hygiene issues during my visit. The dining atmosphere is pretty cold and sterile. In total: not the worst choice in chinatown, but there are plenty of better restaurants just around the corner!

Huge portions! Enjoyed their Fried Eggplant and Scallop & Egg. The fish and chilli oil was good but it will be oily!
