Clarendon Street Grill

Very disorganised staff during breakfast service. Orders taken & not written down, then forgetting where the customer is located in the dining room... write stuff down people!!! It’s clear wait staff are not trained in memory based table waiting, so don’t attempt it... I ordered a ham & cheese and spring onion omelette, was delivered a mushroom omelette. Table next to me were asked if they wanted coffee & ordered two long blacks that never got served after reminding the staff twice, and only arrived once they had finished their meal ready to leave... Crowne have invested in lots of staff ready and available to serve, but maybe too many & too much confusion. Expensive breakfast for this kind of experience. Perhaps fewer but more capable wait staff would be better.
