I didn't take any photos unfortunately. You order from the table on your phone so it's easy to split orders if you're in a big group. The menu is very customisable and the portions are big. I got the eggs your way with Avocado on the side. The toast was crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. Really really delicious. I also just got the pot of English Breakfast tea. All in all, I thoroughly enjoyed it. The ambiance was nice and my friend and I conversed easily.

Have been coming here for years but not anymore. In the last 12 months the quality/quantity of the food has deteriorated to the point that some of the advertised meal isn’t included (but is still charged for) & what is included has been reduced in quantity. Serving staff behind counter are either dismissive, rude or disinterested. Waiting staff are lovely but it’s not enough to redeem this place. Save your money & go somewhere where table service & politeness is still practised.

Very very very slow service with little care factor from majority of the staff. The female cashier has no cares and is just rude. Was standing waiting for her to take order for a long time and she couldn’t be bothered as though she couldn’t see us. I somewhat felt like it was a race thing and it continues to happen. Food was good but even that’s not good in the last few months. It’s now just bad service bad food. Coffee is still ok.

A chair in the cafe had a jagged edge that ripped the back of my trousers. I moved the chair and informed a waitress what had happened. Her response was basically to shrug her shoulders when shown the rip. Upon leaving I asked to speak to the manager. A waiter stepped forward and said, plausibly, that no money could be removed from the till. But there was no offer to pay for repairs or provision of a few free coffees on future visits. We’ve been regular customers! But if you want proper customer service go elsewhere, as we will be doing in the future.

We waited 55 mins for our food. And when it came it was unremarkable, disappointing considering the prices. Chronically understaffed. Had to (literally) chase the staff down for service because they persistently avoided eye contact (don't blame them). Absolutely chaotic. Love to support local but don't think we'll be coming back.

Hey guys, I apologise for the bad review. We had high hopes for this place as of the location. Over 1 hr, wait for coffee and 2 milk shakes. Dirty tables. Food took about 80min to arrive to us. which came cold and tasteless. We ordered our children buttermilk pancakes, which we were served protein pancakes which tasted like cardboard. The 1 star is for the beautiful young server girl, who was very polite and appolagetic. We will NOT be coming here. Save your self time and money as there are many other "location" cafes/reasturants to eat out.
