Tremendous foods and 120% perfect service
Foods were amazing especially butter chicken with rotis
Chili chicken (dry) were so great. It's spicy as having a runny nose with slight of pain on my tongue but still so great. Large portion with reasonable price.
Also very kind service looking after me and my boyfriend all time, made us extra happy while we were enjoying the foods
Place smells good .. music playing background is good.
Dessert is good too.
Everything was harmonious
I will also recommend to other friends from overseas or locals

The best Indian restaurant in CBD, with authentic Indian taste and wide range of dishes to choose from. I would highly recommend the mocktails and cocktails as they are very different from any other place you might have tried before.
The ambiance is modern and the food is delicious with good portion sizes. The super friendly staff will make you feel comfortable and their hospitality will make sure your dining experience is memorable. They have a wide range of wines to choose from as well.
If you want to try an authentic Indian restaurant, this place would surely not disappoint.

A hidden gem! This place is well placed between Bourke and McKillop street. The restaurant was started by two brothers with a view to provide rich, authentic Indian fare! We were the first ever customers to this restaurant and proud to be so. The ambience reminds you of a high end Indian restaurant and the quality and taste of food is top notch. Do visit this place and try the cheese naan and kofta curry!

If you want to have a good Indian food in Melbourne, this would be the number 1 place for that. Me and my friends liked the food a lot. We had garlic naan, Mix Vegetarian Platter (Full), Masaladar Aloo Gobhi, Chana Pindi. All tasted excellent! Kudos to the restaurant!

Not that we were excited to go to an Indian restaurant, many of our Indian friends have vouched for Tejas's biryani after hearing (and reading) our complains of how Melbourne does not have many good Biryani serving restaurants.
A big, dimly lit (thus very bad pics) restaurant in the basement of a very famous lane in Melbourne CBD, seemed quite promising, especially after going through their menu.
Ordered a Chicken Biryani, Chettinad Chicken and Butter Naan as we already had our glasses of wine at River land.
Pleasantly, Chicken Biryani was really good. Wouldn't.say excellent but definitely worth having. Not too.greasy, perfectly cooked Chicken and mildly spiced but high on heat.
Chettinad Chicken was a bit sweet, yet, not overbearingly sweet to ruin the flavors of the curry. Chicken.was so tender and juicy that it added to the dish. Naan was so soft and crunchy that it could be easily voted as one of the best.
Would have ideally liked to rate it at 3.5 out of 5 but after recent disappointments this was definitely one of our nicest meals.
Host and Attendants are very friendly and accommodating. Plenty of dishes to choose from, and Vegans and Vegetarians have plenty of choices. Tejas can definitely make a guest on the glutenfree diet quite happy.
It has been a long time we enjoyed a nice Biryani in an Indian restaurant, and after recent debacles, our hopes aren't too high mostly because most of the Indian restaurants that we have tried haven't impressed us much. Partially because we have grown eating authentic Indian food back in India, and partially because most of the Indian restaurants are mediocre under the garb of fusion or good food.
Thank God Tejas was way better than the most.
P.S. The Zomato Gold Membership Privilege proceeded quite smoothly.
