The lady that helped us was a rock star!! Very friendly and made the best iced coffee ever. That store needs some serious renovations!! It's in a pretty bad state.

Sometimes they get my order wrong but it's okay everyone makes mistakes. With the new resfreshers on the menu I would definitely speak slowly and clearly to the staff if you wanted a sweet tea idk how they messed up the two but its happened to me several times. I ask for a Raspberry sweet tea and instead get the raspberry watermelon refresher which tastes like medicine ... no thanks

Today I drove thru the drive thru. The person who took my order was well spoken and orderly. When I got too the window I was greeted by a believe the manager. Which was nice to see. I needed a separate request for cups of water and he was very helpful. Our donuts looked good. Blue berry cake and strawberry sprinkled. Thank you.

Today we came to dunkn and two people called out short staffing this location. They rest of the awesome staff here did not skip a beat, did not show customers they were stressed and got orders out quickly. They even made it a point to give my pupper a little puppy whipped cup. Thanks for all you do guys day in abs day out in these times and still provide excellent service!!

Nice location, friendly and quick staff. Food was delicious and a tall frozen chocolate hit the spot for a hot spring day. Love there was some seating indoor for me to quietly enjoy my food. Staff member taking my order was little hard to understand through the mask but she didn't get mad when I asked her to repeat.
