I went when it first opened so there was no wait the food was amazing we ordered the oxtail the service was fast. It's wheelchair accessible and family friendly. I'd definitely come again.

Totally enjoyed the curried goat, potatoes, cabbage, rice and peas. Portion was large and the taste was better than what I had in NY. My partner had the oxtail stew, which I sampled. It,too, was a 10/10. Thank you Miss Hazel.

For 20+years always reliable service and quality. Authentic Jamaican flavors with uncompromised consistency. Meals large portion of food with sides included. You won't be disappointed. Location is very accessible with a good quantity of parking. Facility upgrades wouldn't hurt... but sometimes the best food comes from the areas oldest restaurant.

I've been a customer for over 3 years and it's always a hit or miss on the food, more hits than miss. The Food is great but sometimes it is a little over cooked (I always get the jerk BBQ chicken 😅). I have noticed a lady in the back which I'm guessing is the chef and have to take a moment to brag. The last two weeks we ordered randomly and the food has been amazing!!! The rice was soft and the chicken was soft and juicy! The cabbage like always great.
Those that say the customer service is bad probably was expecting extra friendliness but they are always nice to the point and never rude. I've been to Jamaica a few times and I never got that bubbly above the top greeting so it deff doesn't bother me. 🙃 As long as my order is correct and my food is fresh I'll be returning 😋

Our family has been eating at Hazels for over 15yrs and we have never had a bad meal here ever. Everything is delicious fresh and great. She cooks it fresh everyday I have personally seen her kitchen and her cooking in action, she is amazing and her staff too.

They catered my grandmothers repass and the food was delicious. The curry goat was the best. Thank you to the staff for welcoming our family in their establishment.
