It was my first time, so I was kinda awkward, but the service and food were delicious. The atmosphere felt like fun and family friendly.

This location is very well maintained. It’s cool, clean, and spacious inside. The attendant offered samples and was very nice. The non dairy, or dairy free, ice cream options were delicious. The bathroom doesn’t have a changing table, but it was very clean.

You pay for the Ben and Jerry name. However, it’s really good. The tables were dirty, which wasn’t a good appearance. One worker was drawing a cow and Happy Birthday instead of cleaning…
Overall the ice cream was good.$25 for four smalls..

Enjoyed our trip to B&J for ice cream before heading next door to watch Pope's Excorcist. Service was fast and orders correct. Being originally from New England, I enjoy any chance to visit a Ben & Jerry's!

Great selection of ice cream & I love the addition of the Banned Book shelves! Being able to grab ice cream & a book is such a treat for me and my daughters. We've never had a bad experience!

Store is always immaculate and servers are friendly. Great place to stop after a movie with the family. There's something for all of us and you can't go wrong with Ben & Jerry's flavors!

Fantastic store, RIGHT next to the movie theater. Spotlessly clean, including the restroom. Extensive child seating and play area.
Fresh fresh fresh ice cream in a couple dozen flavors, including all the wonderful blends unique to the brand that you see in the grocery store. A warm, happycookie smell greets you from the cone maker to the left as you enter (yes, those are fresh, too).
The scooper people are friendly, generous, and quick to clean up any spills or debris. A genuine treat to eat there! I had the chocolate fudge shake, and was very pleased with dense flavor and perfect consistency.

Any bad reviews you read about this place are completely fake and politically motivated. I’ve been here dozens of times across many years and have never once had a bad experience or even heard of anyone having a bad experience. They hope community events and fundraisers for the community. Good people. Good ice cream. Good place to take the whole family. Wish I could give 10 stars.
