I have eaten at the mall location often. But food was hot and ready quickly. Didn't get the upsized drink I had asked for but I am sure they would've traded it out. Free refills make it a moot point.

The staff is very friendly and food is always very good. They have a good layout of the drive thru. Wish they would open the kids playground and would really like to pull up and read the actual menu to order. Sometimes it’s intimidating trying to order on the fly when you pull up and they ask you right away.

This was the first time I have had Chick-fil-A. The food was good though to me it didn't taste any different than any other place. The service however was very good. The staff was very busy and remained pleasant efficient and courteous. There were a lot of employees and not a lot of room for them to all move around. Yet they all worked well together.

Doesn't matter whether you go to Chick-fil-A in a mall or Chick-fil-A in your local city there's always a line of people. And that's because nobody can compare to Chick-fil-A. Their service is second to none and they always have the most Pleasant people working for them. I highly recommend trying this location if you haven't yet. You won't be disappointed. Like they say it's their pleasure to serve us.
