Panera Bread

Sandwichs, soups and cookies are great. Has an outside eating area or a/c inside. My only regret is..it always needs cleaning. The outside trash cans are always full with dirty dishes stacked up and tables are always dirty. I know lots of people, but you have to ask someone to wipe off tables. The food is great...but the cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired. Please hire additional people to empty the trash and remove dirty dishes stacked up in the binds all the time, and wipe down tables between customers. That would be full time workers. But food is great.

We love this Panera and especially Ms. Judy! The baked goods are consistently fresh and the coffee is good too. The few times I've ordered lunch items, I've been very happy with the taste and quality of the food compared to another Panera location where I lived before. Only reason for not giving 5 stars is because the drink station counter appears to be clean and tidy, however there is a film or sheen on the counter that frankly looks kind of gross. I feel like they could use a better cleaning product on that particular counter top. It is only on that particular surface though, and not on the tables or anywhere else.

Loved the pick 2 choices specially the new pepperoni French 🥖 toast with soup. Service delivery time is good but they have to get rid of all the one band man's doing their office stuff in a booth for hours without buying anything while a paying customer has to walk around looking for somewhere to sit.

I give 5 stars because the Manager had excellent Customer service when I ran into an Issue, I had purchased 4 bagels at a different Panera Bread that were to be toasted. However, I did not check my order until I was 5 minutes from my destination and I realized I needed them toasted so, this Panera Bread was the closest to my destination and the manager was very understanding in giving me 4 freshly toasted bagels 🥯 without any cost .
