My husband and I always love to go as a nice treat once in a while it’s all you can eat made to order sushi which is awesome they even added in a robot that delivers to your table we always have a good dining experience here it’s a little pricey for dinner but we like you know how much upfront dinner is and they automatically add gratuity into your bill which is all stated on a sign when you walk in only time it’s not that price is lunch differed in price and if you can’t eat all the sushi you do get charged a waste fee but we just take it slow and pace ourselves eat little at a time and we never have that problem

This place is pretty amazing . Great spot for lunch and it’s only 17.99 for all you can eat sushi . Sundays it’s dinner pricing all day . The staff on both of my visits was polite and accommodating. Nothing to noteworthy but that’s to be expected of most places that serve sushi . The have sake and the Japanese beers . But not a full bar . Coke products in a cans . The sushi was pretty good . On par with Pacific rim as far as flavor. Most definitely better than Haru. They have a robot who brings your food to you . A cat robot bringing sushi.

We stopped by for dinner. The food was surprisingly good, especially considering the price. We got a mix of veggie & fish rolls, plus soup, spring rolls, and fried rice. Not a bad dish in the bunch. As many other reviews noted, customer service isn't a focus here: our waiters weren't rude, but they also weren't chatty or proactive. It took a few minutes for one waiter to realize we didn't know how ordering worked, but he gave us a quick explanation and got us on our way! I've rated the service as 4/5 not because of the waiters themselves, but because food delivery was a little weird - our orders came out as they were ready, which was a little unpredictable. For example, my wife got through two tickets worth of sushi before my miso soup arrived. On one hand: everything is very fresh! On the other: don't plan a quick meal or order items you expect in a particular order. We'll come back here in the future - tasty, cheap sushi and a mostly-automated experience. The only thing that was missing was online payments - our receipt had a QR code & Clover receipt link, but no ability to pay on the app! It'd be nice to offer the option to pay from our phones with a QR code for the table and take the need for responsive wait staff totally.out of the equation.

I am a regular here, and I must say I go here for the all you can eat & am used to low quality service. However today I was served by a very pretty and nice girl (I did not catch her name, but the curly haired girl) and my partner and I both noticed how exceptional the service was today compared to normal. She was basically running the show. Drinks were always full, she was walking around cleaning, asking everyone how they were. This was the first time we have felt such amazing service here!

Hungry sushi lovers paradise! Great for folks who like cooked Japanese as well. The menu features traditional cooked also. One price - large menu selections - unlimited orders! It’s like a classy, seated buffet. Drinks and desserts are separate, so keep that in mind when budgeting the cost. Service at time can be a little slow, but great establishment!

We need more all you can eat sushi restaurants in Melbourne! The one on Wickham has never disappointed me and for the price you pay…it’s well worth it! Are you getting a plate of artistic sushi? No! But that’s not what all you can eat places are about. It’s not presentation, it’s selection. Sushi factory has SELECTION! The sushi is always fresh and comes in 4-6 pieces per order, which is so perfect as it allows one to eat and order so many kinds of rolls! Great for those who like a different taste in each bite (such as myself) The hibachi is also very flavorful and again, perfect snack portions. The sashimi is fresh! Tiny slices of fish but you can order however many you want so no complaints there. The appetizers are also delectable. The fried krab sticks and sexy jalapeño are my two favorites! Pair it all with some soy, wasabi, ginger, eel sauce and sake and this place is a home run! Love the new robot server too! Though the music is a bit loud and distracting but that’s the only complaint you’ll get from me

This location is great. Sushi came out like a river,almost no waiting in-between orders. The food tasted great. I wish they had traditional hot green tea in the small red/white ceramic cups with the metal teapot - but that's being picky. These guys even use a robot waiter. I highly recommend going. Enjoy!
