Fiesta Azteca Mexican Restaurant

We were very disappointed on this visit to Fiesta Azteca! All the times before, the food was so good. Not this time. 😞 Usually the shrimp in the enchiladas & casadias are whole & cooked perfectly. This time the shrimp was chopped up & so over cooked it was tough to chew. So sad to see this happen. If they have a new cook, they need to get the other one back! 11/4 - Update - The food has improved since my last post. It seems to be back to the previous high standards. The service is always superior! 😀

5 stars!? Yes, 5 stars! This is a place I frequent often. Mainly due to it is so close to home and we’ll priced cheese dip and carne Asada always satisfies a craving. The walls need to be cleaned.. yes. The service in the past has been nothing to write home about BUT my husband and I had such a perfect experience I DO want to write about it! Our server was the true reason for this rating. Her name? Waleska or aka Wally. What a gem! She.was.the.best.server.we.have.ever.had! Usually things are needed… napkins, more chips, refills, silverware,to go boxes (the right size and amount) we asked for NOTHING! This woman was so friendly, funny and attentive we were at a loss for words. Truly, I wish she could follow us to every restaurant we will ever visit from now on. Spoiled is an understatement and thank you for this PERFECT experience. The food was HOT. Super fresh and generous portions and all cooked to perfection and to order. Beautiful presentation and SUCH a good value. We will be returning more often but only once we call to make sure she is working. Thank you Waleska!
