My wife and I ordered subs with specific ingredients added. Sandwiches were made specifically to order by excellent employees for a pleasant experience. Will be returning regularly.

Love their subs! 5 people behind the counter, one making subs and tubs, one taking your order. Stood for too long waiting on one sub watching one girl make a big to go order. Guess they need to be cross trained so they can handle more than one task.

Seth and Sarah took my order today, and I forgot to ask for the name of the person grilling but she ALWAYS makes my sub perfect. Seth was extremely kind, as I walked in he was slicing deli meats to order. Seth is incredible, his kindness shows with every step of the Jersey Mike's process. Then I had the pleasure of talking to Sarah, who was also insanely kind and just amazing to deal with from a customers perspective. I got back home to open my sub and.....PERFECTION. I really really wish I had asked for the name of the girl who grilled my sub, but she DELIVERED. I come in once or twice a week and she has been on the grill almost everytime, my favorite spot when I worked at Penn Station East Coast Subs. Overall the crew is AMAZING and deserves a raise, I will CONTINUE to come here as long as they are all there. Amazing work and even better customer service.
