The Melting Pot Of Melbourne

Words just can't express how perfect my night was made at this Melting Pot location. I went in to celebrate a large milestone in life, and was surprised with the most perfect night out. My server, Slater, was very informative, organized, and detailed in his execution as a server. His timing was impeccable, the food was phenomenal, and to make matters better, I was also congratulated by the managers Mike and Janet, as well as the owner himself, Jason. When I tell you that no courtesy was spared, no time was wasted, and that every last detail was accounted for, I mean that wholeheartedly. I will be returning very soon with others in tow, to experience this outstanding establishment. I strongly encourage anyone curious about this melting pot to give it a go. You won't regret it!!

My husband made a reservation for my birthday dinner! I've been there a few times with friends but this was first time together. He got the berries and bubbly package and we had the 4 course dinner. Our server Taylor was on point! She read my mind about needing extra dressing and it appeared without me even having to ask!!! She was beyond friendly and professional and made sure we had the best experience, even surprising me with a little dessert plate considering we were too full for the dessert course at the table!! It goes without saying that anything you try here is fresh and delicious! Wish I could give more stars!! Thank you again Taylor for making my birthday extra special!

Went to Melting Pot on a Friday Night and got sat right away even though we were 30 minutes early to our reservation. Our server was Taylor who was awesome! She got our drink order right away and took less than a minute to come back with them. Took our food order as soon as we were ready and the whole night just flowed. I asked for extra pretzel bread cause it’s my favorite and she DELIVERED. Taylor was super nice and kept checking on us to make sure we had everything we need throughout the night. 10/10 recommend her if you come here for Dinner. Also the manager Janet was super nice as well. Love seeing a manager who interacts with the guests rather than hanging in the back (coming from someone who used to work in the food industry).

I had the most amazing experience for my first time ever at the melting pot, my server was Tristan. He was so informative an helped with all my questions for the menu. His customer service is outstanding, very welcoming with a great personality. Look forward to eating the melting pot again. The FOOD was so delicious 10/10

We stopped going here after 3 bad experiences between 18-24 months ago for both a dinner night and a stop for drinks night. 1 was for dinner and getting frozen steak and completely lackluster service with no help from the MOD as she just blew us off and said she was too busy to talk to us. My father had similar experiences around that same time so we all just quit going. We decided to look up recent reviews to see if they were better and there were a lot of 5 star reviews and happy reviewers. So, for our 12 year anniversary we decided to try it again. Showed up early to enjoy some happy hour cocktails prior to dinner and the bartenders were really attentive and the drinks were both very tasty and served promptly. Our table was ready on time, our server was very attentive, the food was great, all of the staff we encountered were friendly and smiling, there were employees walking by often enough to make sure nothing was needed to be removed from the table, and the MOD, Janet, checked on us and made sure everything was how it should be. We were severely pleased with our experience this time and whatever they have done since we last went there has gained us back as customers. Had an amazing experience at the melting pot for our anniversary. The food was amazing and our waiter Slater did a wonderful job explaining the menu and helping us choose drinks. He recommended the love martini which was incredible. I ended up getting a second one. We chose the steak lover and pacific rim entrees and they were perfect for my husband and I. We absolutely.
