The food was everything I expected plus more, I've finally found a place outside of NY and NJ where I can get a decent Pastrami sandwich. It was just as pictured on the menu which is rare but it was just as large and tasty. I will definitely return. My wife had the swordfish tacos which was great the fish was fresh and all the accompaniments were fresh as well.

Went today, July 9, 2023 and was very much impressed. Our waiter was attentive but not pushy. The food was good and there is lots of food. The nachos are very shareable, 2 people couldn’t eat all that and we didn’t. Drinks were tasty and a Strawberry Mojito is hard to find. Lobster roll was really good as well as the Blood Mary. Key lime pie was more cheesecake than pie but still good. The atmosphere is what is the very best though. Multiple places to sit and multiple bars for each area. Full scale liquor store in the cellar and I do mean full scale, it’s amazing

My husband and I decided to go out this year for Thanksgiving, so we picked The Mansion because we had never been there. They were VERY busy, but we had a reservation and they seated us quickly. The atmosphere and our server were great. Even though we could tell the server was overwhelmed, he did a great job taking care of us. We started with the margarita flat bread appetizer and it was perfect. The dinners we ordered were huge! They came with a large portion of meats, fresh green beans, mash potatoes, stuffing, gravy, cranberry sauce, and a dinner roll. We both couldn't finish our meals and had leftovers to take home. We also ordered a piece of pumpkin pie each. It was excellent, the perfect combo of pumpkin and spices, and not overly sweet. We ended up taking the pies home as well, since they were such big pieces. With all this food plus a glass of wine and a soda, our bill was under $120.00, before the generous tip for the server that was working on Thanksgiving. We will definitely visit them again in the future! Our Thanksgiving dinner was wonderful at The Mansion!

We had zero idea this restaurant was right by the WAWA next to the bridge.... We had an early Thanksgiving dinner reservation at 4pm outside, in a covered patio area that is quite large. We noticed a second patio area, an indoor dining room and an upstairs outdoor dining area that **might** have a water view (we didn't explore up there..... The bathrooms were inside just past what can be described as a liquor pantry that reminded me of El Carajo in Miami.... The place was super cute, a hidden gem! Our server Karli? Karlee? Carli? was amazing and personable and the food was delectable!..... We ordered from the preset menu: a fish dip platter, a ham dinner, turkey dinner, a salmon dish, a Craig Mule and an Apple-Butter-Martini... The first two dinners came with a large portion of perfectly cooked meats, green beans, mash potatoes, stuffing, gravy, cranberry sauce, a dinner roll and butter. The salmon dish had capers, and a bed of mashed potatoes and spinach with a cream sauce..... The drinks were strong and complimented the food well, except the Apple Butter Martini could use a straining, as it was too textured towards the end of the drink.... We finished our meal with a single slice of pumpkin pie, because the slices were HUUGGEEEE! We couldn't even finish it, and we tried lol.... All in all, it was a great night and we will be back!

Thanksgiving Day was crazy here! Servers running all around, almost too busy to listen to customers. We had to ask him several times to speak louder, he seemed very distracted. Asked several times for things like napkins, drink refills bc he was so rushed. It was so LOUD we had to shout at the table to hear each other. Even with a reservation, we waited a while to be seated. People wothout reservations were directed upstairs for immediate service on the terrace. 😒 However, The food was delicious and PLENTIFUL!

We had a group of 4 reservations on Thanksgiving Day. The food was spectacular! Service was great! Dessert was off the charts!

The food was fantastic. We were there for lunch. The service was great. Our waiter Matthew was super friendly and helpful. We ate outside in the downstairs area. We have eaten here several times and the food is always fabulous. They also have rooftop seating with a nice view. Definitely recommend!

Every. Single. Bite! Was incredible! The NY Strip was so tenders and cooked perfectly to my request. The muffaletta was amazing especially with the fresh bread. And, oh, the Key Lime pie was airy and not too sweet. My Manhattan was absolutely perfect. Our main server, Becca, was fantastic and had the best recommendations. We arrived half an hour early, but were sat immediately. We were greeted by 3 servers to make sure we'd been attended to. They had great teamwork and helped cover eachother to make everything smooth and seamless.

Seriously the best thanksgiving meal! Derek was super helpful and my order was ready for pick up right as I arrived. Will definitely be back! You can tell this is the place to be.

It is a beautiful place and the staff is really friendly. Not a huge fan of the ceviche but the steak was amazing!

Gorgeous rooftop view. I did make a reservation ahead of time. It was the end of the evening and not very busy. Husband had steak with a crab cake. I had the pot roast special. Everything was great except the crab cake could've been more flavorful. We had death by chocolate as dessert to go, which ended up also being very good. Too much for two people in fact, we have leftovers. We are excited to go back and try other dishes and also bring friends.

Cheapest place in town. Good service. Food was edible. I’ll be back. Don’t listen to D Rich’s review. There’s a sign when you come in that literally says this place is for adults. DONT BRING YOUR BABY TO THE BAR AND COMPLAIN!

Excellent dinner tonight. Appetizers were the fish dip and pretzels with beer cheese. The fish dip was great and kind of reminded us of a whitefish and crab cheeseball. The pretzels were HUGE! If they ask if you want 2 or 3, I'd suggest 2 for 4 people because they're massive. The land and sea Prime Rib sandwich was one of the best I've ever had. (We shared food so we could try a few dishes). There's a picture of this 2 lb prime rib sandwich and how thick it was. The crab cake was the best out of 4 restaurants we tried around Melbourne, Cocoa Beach, and Sebastián. If you have any reservations about getting the crabcake, it's absolutely worth it. Huge chunks of crab in there and great flavor. The shrimp po'boy was good. It was 6 fried butterflied shrimp with lettuce, tomatoes, and a sauce that I would have loved to had a side of. The fish and chips was pretty standard but definitely delicious. Topped it off with the oatmeal raisin cookie (good) and keylime pie (phenomenal). I will say, it was very loud inside but it's a fun bar type atmosphere. If you're looking for a quiet dinner, this isn't the spot. We enjoyed it and the servers were attentive. Great food, great service, great fun atmosphere.

The food is insanely delicious. The menu is full of incredible dishes with fresh ingredients. To drink I ordered the Mansion Sangria, it came with fresh fruit. To eat I ordered the Alla Vodka Flatbread and it was flavorful and delicious. My significant other ordered the Dragon Point IPA and the Loaded Mansion Nachos with chicken. I was infatuated with the nachos, the chips were seasoned, the guacamole was fresh, and the ingredients were overall incredible. The outdoor seating gives me New Orleans vibes. Overall great experience at The Mansion and recommend to anyone who loves fresh food with a great view.

We booked our Dad’s 80th birthday party here on 7/23/23 and had no regrets! Our server was amazing!! She and the kitchen staff were so generous to accommodate a few special requests that we had. She also made sure everyone was comfortable with their seats and moved 12 of us away from a typical Florida downpour. The food was excellent. Thanks for making our Dad’s celebration extra special! ♥️

So good! I've now went here twice & was not disappointed either time. My most recent visit, we sat inside & our server was amazing. He was very knowledgeable about the food, even providing a history lesson lol. We both had seafood (sea bass & salmon) & the fish were cooked to perfection. Very soft & flaky and well seasoned. Their drinks were also strong but very flavorful. We had the rum runner and a margarita from scratch. I would definitely return to try more items on the menu. The outside seating also provides a nice ambiance.

The Mansion is an eclectic array of pleasant presentation. This meeting place is situated on the long time Strawberry Mansion. The new owners have elevated this Mansion with style, grace and an attention to detail that puts it in my personal top five in South Brevard. Upstairs is an open air deck with a fully staffed and stocked bar. Downstairs there is a full service liquor and wine store carrying all the boutique whiskey and spirits one could hope for. Also downstairs is the restaurant. I have eaten here 4 separate occasions prior to writing this review. I can tell you unequivocally each meal was presented in an eye appealing manner. Each meal was flavorful and well prepared. Everything cooked properly. My first trip I had the Mansion Fish tacos. The fish was fresh, tasty and seasoned appropriately. My second trip I had the Wedge, a wedge of iceberg lettuce with blue cheese dressing, bacon bits onions and heirloom tomatoes. Very fresh. You won't have a bad meal here I guarantee it

Ok. So I’ve been there a few times. They finally vamped up the menu. And also great cocktail menu. My dinner , chic piccata was wonderful. Then we ordered dessert. Cheesecake and a decadent chocolate cake. But for a restaurant that makes everything in house why would you ruin a beautiful dessert with a cool whip type topping, instead of a nice freshly made whipped cream. I’d like to have the dessert chef consider this request. Also, disappointed that there were not dinner rolls. But loved the cocktails, our appetizers and main course. And the service was exceptional!

Very pretty place, multi-level. We sat up top to view coast line. To get in we walk through their extensive wine store/cellar which was incedisble. Husband dot salmon BLT that he thought was great. I got a crab cake sandwich which was very good. Service was good. Nice, friendly server who checked on us the right amount. I’d go back.

My husband and I went here last weekend. The food was really good, we had great service and the atmosphere was nice also. We really enjoyed it! You should check it out! They have a large variety of beers on tap and a huge list of wines. They also have a cellar where you can buy some of the wines and beer. Our server was great he had a few people he was assisting and a few big parties, he put our food in before everyone else's.

Went for my birthday. Never got a call to let me know that my table was ready. Waited 2hrs for my entree by way of a manager. After waiting my food was served luke warm. Very unacceptable for this restaurant. I will never go there again nor would I recommend this place to anyone.

Would be 5 stars if the service met the standard of the food! We always visit here when on our holidays in Palm Bay. Always great food, we was lucky to come here without the kids yesterday so we could sit on the rooftop and enjoy a lovely adult meal/drinks. We ordered the antipasti, wings and Caesar salad, all excellent but we was left without drinks or even water top ups, our server wasn’t very attentive and we had to ask other servers for drinks, side plates and dessert menu!

Had Lunch at the Mansion for the first time, View is Outstanding, Service was decent, Ordered the Por-boy sandwich-Sandwich good size and tasty, little bit of a wait for the food, Hey if it's good I don't mind the wait. Key Lime pie is very good! Parking Sucks-Deal with It. Definitely will go again

The atmosphere the cleanliness and the service was great, love the restaurant I think it's a great place to go any joy in the evening. On the downside I had the blackened chicken sandwich unfortunately the chicken was dry and definitely overcooked. My wife orders the steak and cheese sandwich with just steak and cheese on it and it was loaded with mushrooms which she did not order or like. Attention to detail especially for the price you pay. But all in all I do love the first just hope next time it's much better

I have eaten here every time I come for a visit and it is always great! Today I had the Mahi-mahi sandwich special, very good, fish cooked perfectly! One of my favorites is the Salmon BLT!

The atmosphere is pleasant, the food is ok but the staff and management need work. My family and I went to eat here after church. My husband found a piece of long plastic thread in his spinach. We showed it to our waitress to make her aware and to make the kitchen aware that someone dropped the ball along the line. The waitress looks at the plastic and shrugs and say "oh, I'll ask the kitchen about this". My husband and I kind of laugh and think "yeah, please do that". But then the manager comes out and really just made it worse. He acted like he had never seen this plastic or any plastic for that matter before and he does not know how it would end up in the food. Almost insinuating that we had placed the plastic in the food. My husband just shrugged it off and paid the bill so we could leave. We will definitely not be back again.

We ate here on vacation this past weekend. Service was slow and not attentive. We waited a while to get drinks even though it was not very busy upstairs. Food was good, but I was disappointed in the gluten free options. They have a ton of sandwiches on the menu, but no GF buns. Meals were good but Two sandwiches came without what was described as being on the sandwich. When asked about it, they came back and said the kitchen was out of the item and it shouldn’t really effect the taste of the sandwich. We got a free dessert. Overall it wasn’t bad but service could have been much better.

I have been to many of these events and I am sorry that this wine and food Sunday June 3 event was disappointing. The food and wine lines were too long and too many people and it was hot and humid to make it enjoyable for me. June's not a good time for this type of event. The up side was the $15 gift certificate towards a purchase that you can enjoy at home.
