Great local place with excellent food and great beer and wine selection. Everything is homemade. The fried mushrooms, smoked wings, and prime rib are must tries. Also serve up their sticky specials with peanut butter and jalapeno jelly. It is unique and delicious. Have a very nice patio area right along the creek for outside dining during the warmer months.

Don't know where to begin, house salad with mixed green salad is iceberg lettuce with a tomato cut into quarters and a slice of a half an onion, pretty chopped my own salad once i found where to get side plates. Smoked wings were tasteless and over smoked and not even appetizing . Totally miss they tavernett inn concept before they tired to put there own spin on things!

Interesting menu options. Great Walleye, great pizza and bowls! A Bloody Mary worth the drive. Lovely patio meal while smelling the smoker on a perfect fall day.

My husband (R.I.P.) and I ate here regularly when it was The Tavernette. Although a bit hard for me, I took myself to dinner here a couple of weeks ago. I had my favs: fried walleye, and fried green tomatoes. Very yummy! Also had a fantastic Bloody Mary. The restaurant was quite busy, but the service was good and my server was very nice. Highly recommend!
