I got there at 4:40 sat in line for hour. Then got to the intercom she said the chicken would be done in 13 minutes. Then I get to the window the she comes to say that the macaroni was frozen, and will take an hour to be able to to cook. (Mind you they warm it up the the MICROWAVE) Very unhappy with the service, will share the work to not go to the KFC in Medford Wisconsin!

I came here because I just got all four wisdom teeth out and I wanted mashed potatoes but no when I open them at home there’s noodles in my food. How hard is it to make mashed potatoes without getting anything in them. There wasn’t anyone else in line there wasn’t anything else going on so there is ABSOLUTELY no reason I should have other food in my potatoes

Looking to get chicken was told we couldn't get what we wanted and had to come back tomorrow due to limited supply.

Horrible food, I ordered original recipe and every piece of the chicken was dry and crispy instead of moist and delicious. The drum sticks were the size of a wing, tiny and so dried out you could hardly eat them. I'm very disappointed with the lack of quality of the food. A total waste of 20.00. On the plus side staff were polite and friendly!

Inside I was told over a half hour wait for original chicken. People from the drive through were coming inside to ask where their food was. I heard staff saying they were out of potatoes and biscuits too. Staff was not apologetic.

Always great food. The quality is consistent. The chicken is never greasy and the white meat is never dry

Ordered from KFC, food was great, and the service was amazing and very polite. Anything needed was merely to be asked for then provided right away. The staff made it seem much more like a small town down-home feel kind of place and not another restraunt in a chain.
