8 pm, 1 vehicle in front of me. They ordered 3 meals - one of which was a kid's meal, I'm assuming, I got a chicken salad sandwich. From the time I ordered, to the time I finally pulled away, it was 15 min, and 14 and a half of those minutes was waiting for the vehicle ahead of me.

Bad experience. Got our Hawaiian fish sandwich and it was barely put together, just a mess and the bottom bun was burnt. We showed them and the fixed it. Sure they did. All they did was remove the burnt bun and put it on top or the top was also burnt. We got it back and the bottom was fine and the top was burnt. Our Mac and cheese, well you don't need to put a it's hot sticker on it cuz it wasn't even warm. My slider was also cold. We just gave up and left. We won't be there again for a long time. We usually don't go to Arby's anyway cuz the place is so so so slow. Now we won't be going due to today's food. Our whole meal needed to be redone or replaced. This is just another reason we don't shop local or Medford first.

The dining room was very clean and cared for. The staff was pleasant, but it took a while to both order and then receive our food. The sandwiches were very well prepared and the roast beef ones had good protons of meat.

Waited in the drive thru for 20 minutes and there was only 1 car in front of us, waited to get food for a half hour by the time we got it the food was cold.

The Manger was rude to the cashier when she made a simple mistake. Our fried where ice cold. Most likely won't be back.
