Dunkin'

It was dead. I order my coffee and food. I get my coffee immediately. 15 minutes goes by and I’m still waiting on my food. I order another beverage, I get that immediately. My husband goes to ask how much longer for our food, we find out that they didn’t even start to make the food because no one looked up at the screen that has the orders(..what..). We had somewhere to be, so we couldn’t wait any longer unfortunately. We ask for a refund since we couldn’t wait, manager comes over to issue it, but instead of issuing it, she charges the card again..we are now waiting to deal with the franchise owner to be issued a $22 refund since we never got our food, and were charged for the amount that was to be refunded! I tried to call the store 3 times, no answer and at the end of the ringing the phone just hung up, so I couldn’t even leave a message. This is really frustrating.

I like this Dunkin. I find the staff to be friendly and the store to be clean, especially the windows. Not a lot of seating inside but enough so that it’s not to cramped if there are a couple people there. Plenty of parking out front. They have a drive-thu which is really convenient for raining and cold days.

Picked up 2 cappuccinos today. Well, at least I ordered 2 cappuccinos. It was the worst experience ever! They were NOT cappuccinos!! They tasted like black coffee with some milk. What a disappointment. They started out by overcharging me. This is not the 1st time I have been ripped off by them. The manager really needs to get on top of the situation there. Or Corporate should step in.
