I'm not sure where to start, almost every single thing I've ordered from here has been fresh, delicious, and a great value! The pizza has a somewhat unique flavor (perhaps in the cheese?) that I loved immediately. I've had a handful of sandwiches from this place too, all fantastic, and not stingy on the ingredients. Want something a little off the menu? Then order what you want! Mark actually knows how to be a cook, and will make more or less anything that you ask for if he has the ingredients. This might seem minor, but there's a deal for two 1-topping pizzas, two orders of fries, and an order of chicken fingers for $20 (already a stellar value). I asked if I could get one 2-topping pizza and one plain for the deal, and without hesitation he said that was perfectly fine. I bring this up because I know a chain restaurant would either refuse outright or at least give me a hard time for not adhering to the deal as written. I appreciate his ability to be a good, reasonable businessman, as well as an excellent cook. If I have one complaint, it might be that the salads aren't quite as great a value as everything else, but if that's all I can nitpick on, it's quite the establishment. Oh, one last thing, if you like honey mustard, he makes his own, and it's more or less legendary among us regular patrons.
