Jack In The Box

I'm not exaggerating when I say I waited a total of 30 minutes to try and just get a sandwich and fries.. They didn't take my order at the order screen instead they made me come to the window then after ordering they had me go to the side of the building to wait, where I waited for at least 10 minutes. I got nothing but sass and rude remarks from the employees there. When I ask for a refund the person who I can only assume as the manager gave me attitude and when my food came out she said that I'm gonna get a refund and then didn't even give me my food. Yall seriously ain't it. I wasn't expecting a whole lot from you guys because you're a fast food restaurant but seriously yall disappointed. It's hard to set the bar lower than it already is being a Jack in the Box, but seriously your staff is horrendous.

Really......this is how it comes? Is this job so difficult that this is what you serve your guests? I asked for fry sauce...didnt't receive that (shocker) . Nobody behind me, nobody In front of me so why was this so difficult to get correctly. Bit into my sriracha burger and then opened it up....wow. Posted a picture of what's suppose to come on it and then took a picture of mine and my husband's, missing quite a few things. No problem, we go back down and show the manager, instead of making us new ones or even apologizing she tells me that this is how it comes and that it's correct. Yikes

Absolutely the worst service I have ever had at any fast food restaurant in my entire life I see the online it says they open at 10:00 a.m. I seen employee outside so I politely ask at 10:05 a.m. are you guys going to open today she ignores me I then once again speak a little louder thinking maybe she didn't hear me she once again ignores me now it's 10:10 a.m. I asked are you going to be open she literally shakes her head knowingly she hears me and says no we're not going to be open yet. Not counting that I drove 15 miles to come to this Jack in the Box location it is a no-brainer why these locations are closing it's not because people aren't showing up to work is because employees that are at work are absolutely rude distasteful and incompetent I wouldn't stop again at this Jack in the Box if it was open on Earth. To make the matters worse I believe the employee that was outside was the store manager so way to go Jack in the Box that is who you have representing your company bravo.
