Burger King

Not a Burger King fan and this visit reminded me why, it's dirty and even though there were no other customers my small order took forever! I came to try their "hand breaded chicken sandwiches", I ordered the original and the spicy. One sandwich cost $5.78, way too much in my opinion. KFC's chicken sandwich costs $3.99 and it's much better! The bun was a little too thick and the chicken was a little to thin. The pickles were good but they did not give enough even though I requested extra or what they call "heavy". The mayo/sauce was good. The spicy sandwich was the better of the two, it was in no way spicy but had a good flavor. No way is this sandwich worth $5.78. I wish I could say that I will never be back but I want to try their Impossible Whopper, maybe at another location because this one is really bad.

So I purchased over 50 dollars in food, my door dash person was told that my order was handed to someone else. Now a Dan supposedly on the phone said he was the directive manager above all burger kings managers and wouldn't give me his workers name or his complete name. I would like someone to contact me to explain better and see if this employee is truthful. May 25,2022 at about 12:15pm

Needs to have more attention to detail. The front could use some cleaning!! The front looked deserted while drive thru was half full. With 5 staff in back it could be cleaner. I did not seeing the restroom, thou that could also use attention and to be cleaned properly. In front of house or "Lobby" the soda machine was stained with overflow soda residue. Garbage is not cleaning and the garbage was over flowing. Once I received my food fries were hot but the chicken sandwich was a bit burnt. This place has room for improvement, and the staff will have to want to be better!!

Left this place empty handed and wasted 30min of my life. Entirely frustrated and anxiety ridden. They didn’t have any chicken options. The biggest issue was, my gift card had $25 on it and the front couldn’t figure out why it was not processing correct. After 20min I’m told to pay the cash portion because it’s declining due to the total being more than my card has. I do pay the overage, still declining my gift card. Mind you, I’ve called the card customer service and confirmed the money is on there. At this point I’m so anxious I’m getting dizzy. Not once did anyone call for the manager, until I said I was done and didn’t want my order, wanted my card refunded. Then the manager comes over, we’re at 30min now. Manager has been right behind the fry line doing burgers and could hear and see me the whole time. He comes over to tell the cashier that the card can’t be ran on that register but works on drive thru register. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? My food has been made and sitting for 30min while not one person thought to figure out why this wasn’t working. I thought the second girl was the manager, nope! So i get my refund and get out of there. To top it off, there’s a massive puddle in the parking lot like 4” deep. The lot is vacant, hardly anyone came during that 30min through drive thru and inside. The rating for this location matched my experience. Wish I’d read those first. I left and went to the other Burger King off OR-62. They had my stuff rang up right in the front, with my gift card, and fresh food. They also had the items at wanted.

The food is what you expect and the employees work hard, but they're chronically understaffed and service is often slow. Today I spent a full hour in the drive through waiting for my order. If you do crave burger king, go during dead hours, otherwise expect to grow old waiting. What bothers me is they don't warn you of the wait times. I wouldn't be so irritated if they said at the front "just so you know there's about an hour wait on that".

Don't even bother. You sit in the line for 45 minutes so you can end up with a cold Whopper straight out of the drive thru. And also with things in it you're allergic to that you asked to be removed. Its been happening for years, I don't know why its still happening. Every other place nearby can serve hot food, why can't this place? One bite of a Whopper, cold salt less fries, it all went into the trash. Don't waste your money here.

I like most liked burger king but something happened to them years ago. Now im not a fan of burger King anymore. This one is exceptionally bad. It take an hour to go through the dive though when only 3 cars are in line. The food is a hit and miss. Most time I wouldn't even think about going in because how nasty it is.
