Medford Pastaria

I would love to give them five stars but there is just no consistency here. One day the food is delicious and then a few days later it's the total opposite. We usually order a couple of times a week, sometimes they forget to include part of the order but they usually make it right with us and send it again. One of my faves is the pasta e fagiolli soup but this last time it was so spicy I couldn't even eat it. I'll get the chicken barbecue pizza a lot and the ziti as well but again, some days it's delicious and others it's totally different than what it tasted like the last time. Not sure if they have several different chefs but I definitely need to find out who is cooking it when it's on point and only order those days.

I was at Medford Pastaria on a pasta night. Food, service, and ambiance were excellent. I wish I had taken pictures to rave of this awesome deal they offer on pasta night. I selected Linguini with clam sauce and it was the best and the plate came with your choice of a house or Caesar salad a complimentary full delicious glass of wine, garlic knots that are the best i've had anywhere, and desert your choice of cheesecake or large cannoli with coffee. This was an awesome dining experience. The staff was excellent. Five out of five stars. Thank you.

Just imagine life is like getting on a train and you can get off wherever you want. Back in early July my group of 14 got off at the Medford Pastaria. I had made a reservation for 14. It was my girlfriends birthday. There was a little confusion on the reservation. However, Maria, the main waitress came to the rescue. She apologized for the confusion and she said as soon as these people finish, we will seat you. It took about 25 minutes but I knew it was worth the wait. I’ve been coming here since they opened up it’s like going to Italy without getting on a plane you walk in and the walls are like murals of walking down the streets of Italy. On Monday nights, they have a singer called Camilo, he sings oldies and Italian songs what a voice Monday nights is pasta night, but I chose eggplant Parmesan. The eggplant is sliced, thin and taste great more than great. You could actually dream of the eggplant and you think you were in heaven. Between the atmosphere , food, the great service my girlfriend, and I were so happy. Maybe one out of the 14 of us was not happy the other guy who wasn’t was probably having a bad day. I just want to thank Maria the other waitress who helped ,Camilo the singer and especially the cooks and of course John the owner I wish I could give 10 stars but they only allow five love this place.

Medford Pastaria is great! Ordered food from them for a party. Trays were completely full and the food was delicious. Best chicken Marsala Ive had in a long time. There garlic knots are the best and everything else was excellent. The prices are very reasonable and it didn’t break the bank. Will definitely be visiting again and using for future parties.

we looove the personal pizzas, especially the flat crust ones with lots of tomato sauce! however, sometimes it arrives with an insane, almost illegal amount of oregano baked into the cheese. it’s so overpowering and whoever thinks that’s an acceptable ratio of oregano to pizza slice has a very questionable relationship with food/herbs. it makes the pizza taste a little earwaxy and it’s disappointing. no more oregano on the personal pizzas! we still order it, we just pray that crazy oregano guy isn’t working that day. update: we love you, oregano man. i’m sorry if i was harsh 😭😀

Pasta Special Night… Monday $21.99! The place was packed! They have a singer every other Monday. Wine or soda, choice of salad, the list of pastas and sauces are plentiful and dessert as well! Amazing… The staff worked their butts off and service was excellent! Loved how the entire restaurant would sing along with the entertainer and some even danced! Call for a reservation… but the 35 minute wait was well worth it.

Pizza is unreal! I'm a pizza junkie and this place is on point! The people behind the counter are stellar! My card kept getting declined for some reason been working all day the owner saw that and even having been a first time customer told me to get him next time!?! They just got a lifetime customer, thanx guys!
