I ordered a club sub on wheat, but the person making my sandwich grabbed white and I didn't notice until it was too late. Whatever, doesn't really matter. He failed to mention when I ordered that they were out of bacon. They didn't tell me until the sandwich was done and we're about to wrap it. Okay

A hot sub was cold, there was shredded bone all throughout my sandwhich , I also found hair... We didn't even receive one of the sandwiches in our order when we ordered through someone else.

Very poor service. The guy taking the order had a very bad attitude where I couldn’t even ask him a question about the hot subs. Left without ordering and ate at Moes. Much better experience.

Terrible .!!! I came in 45 mins before they closed.!! They said no hot subs only cold.!! This is ridiculous.! Never have I ever had an experience like this at jersey mikes.! Favorite sub spot.! This let me down.

Every single garbage can over flowing, most drinks out of order. Meats out of stock. Counters filthy. Not at all busy and like 5 people working there. Guess I'll just throw my trash on the floor

Ordered a long steak sub. It was DRY as heck.. basically meat!! no onions, no sauce nor mustard..or any type of condiment on it. I asked for provolone cheese..it looked to be maybe 1 slice. Not to mention the bread way dry/ hard. The worst JM sandwich ever! I expect this location to make this right
