In the last six months or so they have added some quality management people which has really increased the quality of their service and the speed with which they produce the food. Very courteous!
Just gotta give credit where due. After almost 20 hours at work I walked in to be greeted by Mrs Nancy with a smile and awesome personality. She helped make my night with a plain old tomato sammich so I could feel at home at the hotel.
