Still the best Mexican food in town! It was worth the wait while they remodeled. Fantastic service and amazing food.

I literally just ate here... Very solid Mexican food... It's a good time, staff very friendly... Food is served quick... The chicken soft taco... That marinated chicken, not sure what's in it but damn... Could have eaten a bucket of it... Order 3 pork tamels to go...

So glad to have them open again! Missed their food terribly while they were closed. Was able to get a reservation on Saturday night and was so happy the meals we had were as good as ever and the remodel looks fabulous! All the best to them on their reopening!

I went with a large group, at the same time another large group came in, so with that being said, I thought they showed wonderful teamwork from beginning to end. Tabs and food didn't get mixed up, the food was hot (but the plates were too🔥), food arrived in a decent time, but could've used more attentiveness to the chips, salsa, and beverages; however, even asked they brought 1...(nothing in excess). The chips and salsa tasted nice and fresh! In my opinion it's very comparable to an El Mezcal in Topeka, KS. Food was good, not exceptional, fancy or anything, but good. It's not authentic, but how authentic can you get with a taco salad...lol. It was extremely loud, and also difficult to understand what the servers were saying (due to the language barrier, not noise.) We were able to reserve in advance an area off the main room separated by partial walls. (My newly engaged son in law who's in college near McPherson (Tabor) booked it for everyone after a surprise proposal for my daughter. 3/4 of our group were college classmates, and the other party I saw come in from a bunch of gorgeous Harleys, so needless to say the two groups definitely brought the volume up this day. It's a good place for casual quick dinner or lunch, not overly expensive, and is definitely go back(there aren't too many options out that way.) Oh, they let you bring in gifts/ cake/etc. They do automatic gratuity which was reasonable at 15%, and the decor and tables were amazingly festive!

Excellent food, excellent service, food arrived very quickly at the end of a long drive back from Colorado. I had carnitas, my wife had the chimis. Will definitely be a must stop the next time through. 👍👍

If you don't want to deal with a lot of people it's best to go to this restaurant in the off hours. It's fairly popular for its location and almost consistently busy during the lunch and dinner hours. The staff it's quite friendly and will check on you regular Lane if anything is needed or if you have any particulars with your food.

This is the best place to eat and support a local family business. the service was really great the food was amazing and I come for a Hispanic family and this fit my standards. The restaurant was very clean and modern for a Mexican restaurant the food always fairly quick for how busy it was. Over all everything about la fiesta was amazing:)

Absolutely LOVE La Fiesta. My daughter who is 5 always says she wants to go to the PALM TREE PLACE which is what she calls La Fiesta. We always have wonderful service , wonderful food and excellent atmosphere. This truly is one of the best places to sit down and eat in McPherson.
