How about a zero star! I just tried to order my usual coffee and the employee over charged me. When I told her it was incorrect, she began telling me she had to charge me more for a different syrup. She continued to argue with me even though I told her I know exactly how much it costs because I’ve been ordering the same coffee at Starbucks for three years. I made her refund me and left. Worst Starbucks employee ever!

Every new employee is just as bad as the ones before. Their attitude suggests they have never worked in customer service in their life, and were not trained. It takes weeks for stock to be put out. They complain when you question when you can expect to see merchandise out. Don’t listen when you order, complain when they make it wrong and you ask for it to be done correctly.

She let me stand in line for 10 minutes without a mask. Even told me she would be right with me. When it was my turn then she asks if I have a mask and tells me she cant serve me and that I need to go buy a mask to buy a coffee. This is soooooo worn out. You people are pawns. Following rules you dont understand. You'll be wearing the star of david on your arms soon and wont know why. Tools. Just pure and simple tools.

A FB pushed her cart with about 2 dozen items in it right in front me at the counter. The barista started checking out her items by her handing each one over the counter. Isn’t this what self check is for? The other barista just stood there. No coffee today. I left the other 2 people behind left also people get cranky without their coffee
