I've always had great luck at this Chipotle. Their service is prompt, and they seem to retain workers well as I've seen some familiar faces over the couple of years I've been going to the location. Overall a nice experience!

I love Chipotle so I give them a good rating but this specific one was very hard, the food gave us a stomachache and their service and people are awful.

I stoped by today after placing an online order. I realized had placed the order the wrong location. The team let me reorder my online exclusive item (quesadillas) in store and made it for me. They also talked me through the steps of getting a refund for the Order that I messed up. While I was there I also saw them deal with another customer who was quite difficult and aggressive at the end but the team handled the situation calmly and professionally. I was impressed and very happy with my service

The mobile order experience is so bad. It said ready by 2:40 but wasn't untill 3:05 and it wasn't on the shelf I intercepted it because otherwise I'd be waiting longer I notice they prepare for people waiting in line first regardless of how long it is and only work on the mobile orders if noone is in line. The 5 stars is generous because I'm glad there is a chipotle within walking distance.
i got my mobile order 48 minutes after i ordered it.
the food is actually pretty good but the mobile order is the worst of any restaurant ever
