We went to the Tysoms location for a happy hour dinner in the bar. Atmosphere is great, we got a small booth so almost like being seated in the restaurant area. Martini, wine, oyster, meatball all great. Our one complaint is with the calamari. With so many choices we decided on this because the description stated tru color peppers and cherry pepper. I love the calamari at the Capital Grill as they cook with cherry pepper and it adds great flavor. Our order had no cherry pepper. We spoke with waiter and he pointed out the small bits of yellow pepper. After 2 Martinis and the fact that everything else was great, I was in no mood to argue, or double check the menu. But the calamari was disappointing and I would suggest the Palm fry it with a cherry pepper or change the menu. I was afraid to order the wagi burger for fear the promised peppers might be missing too. Kudos to a great Prime Time and great restaurant too. We will be back.

The Palm never disappoints. Delicious food, service, ambiance and free valet! Thank you for a lovely experience to celebrate my work anniversary!

Went there with my coworkers. Shared the 4 pound lobster with them. Was a little disappointed with the clam pasta (linguine and clam sauce)- lack of taste.

Always a great place to go to meet special friends or on a date. Food and service always good.

This is a little more than your typical steakhouse. The staff made it memorable. The food made it incredible.

Absolutely amazing food and service every single time. The bar staff and managers go above and beyond ti ensure both quality of food and service that is friendly and welcoming. I got the biggest lobster of my life here and it was prepared perfectly! It's my new local favorite. They even helped Max and Jamie, thank you so much for helping make sure I got my Laundry points logged! Love this place!

My husband took me to the Palm for my birthday. We spent way too much money, but we don't regret it all for the experience! For an appetizer, the waitress recommended the shrimp bruno, which was pretty good but nothing too spectacular. The shrimp was lightly fried perfectly and had a light drizzle of sauce, but I wish there was more of that. They had a good selection of bourbon, considering it's slim pickings these days and the rosé by the glass was good. For dinner, I ordered the 3lb lobster with a crab stuffing. It was delicious and there was a lot of meat, but I couldn't finish it all. The only thing I didn't like was the amount of char on some parts of the lobster because the taste was pretty overpowering, but that was only on a few spots, so not worth complaining about. My husband ordered a steak and added a lobster tail, which was a pretty big tail. His steak was cooked how he requested, but he said it wasn't anything special and, unfortunately, he could probably get a better steak elsewhere for less money.. We also ordered the garlic mashed potatoes (yum) and black truffle gnocchi (double yum). The waitress gifted us a dessert for my birthday. We got the key lime pie with blueberry (delicious!)! If there's another time where we want to treat ourselves to a pricey dinner, we'd definitely consider the Palm.

Celebrating our 6th Anniversary dinner @ the Palm in Tyson’s Corner on 12 June 21 and dinner was good. They wishes us a Happy anniversary when we arrived but another restaurant with the initials of RC has better presentation and well wishes. Due to the Commonwealth (finally) opening to full capacity recently, it was nice to see that the restaurant was busy though the appetizers were limited and there were not any soups offered. I requested a well manner, extra dirty martini, straight up with Tito’s and you can see the martini was not “dirty enough from the “lack of” brine and there was not any blue stuffed olives in the drink. That is the best part! The steak tartare that I ordered needed some salt…maybe some French Maldon sea salt to elevate it a tad. The three cheese potatoes au gratin were decadent. We also picked out a bottle of white French wine to accompany dinner but our server came back to unfortunately inform us that they were out fo stock so we settled for a Spanish white wine instead. Not pictured is the salad my husband had for an appetizer, the leaf spinach side that was aglio e olio, his portion of the 3lb lobster (that we shared) and his slice of cheesecake. One of the servers was kind enough to break the claws for us, thus the lobster photo is not the best photo. We previously had been frequent diners at the Palm over the years and I am blaming Covid for the Palm not being as top notch as it used to be since the staff was stretched thin and the overall atmosphere was loud due to the high ceiling in the dining room. We will try it again once normalcy returns to the area. Thank you.
