Hooters

Service was still subpar (too busy hanging out with the guy alone at the table behind us, too busy to pour our beers to rush off and sit with him as well), but it was better than recent visits (server never waited on us and we had to say something and she too was at a single guy's table hitting on him). These are some reasons why we rarely go here anymore. It seems very common at Hooters that server's 'boyfriends' will hang out by themselves and the servers will ignore customers and sit and chat with them instead of working. I've seen this at many locations, and its quite common at this location. Also, they seem to be cooking their wings and pickle chips correctly now. It was pretty bad at times, sometimes barely covered in sauce, soggy, etc., but not this time! Pickles, cold beer, and wings were all great this time. Prices on the other hand are extremely high-- another reason not to visit more often. Also, when they start making 'wings' out of batter to make up for the count, that's a new one!!! and I do recall circa 2000ish, real wings were as tiny at one short period in time-- that was bad... anyway, pics below!

I was at the hooters last night by myself minding my own business. Like I always do at this location on a Tuesday night. But I seen two young man come in yesterday and get treated very unfairly. I’m from McKinney born & raised here. This is not how we treat others around us. Even though I was a regular I would never come back to this place after seeing this. They profile two young man over there ids and gave them a hard time it was very sad to witness. I wish I would have step up! I come to this location all the time and I never seen them treat others like that.

Worst experience ever. I understand new waitresses may struggle but this was unacceptable. Sat over 20 minutes before she took a drink order, brought my wife out the wrong drink, then she sat the entire meal with nothing at all. Only received part of the food order and was never checked on again. Table in front of us was having to get up and walk across the restaurant and get their own drink. Two tables behind, took 30 minutes to get a drink. When something was finally said, someone from the kitchen came out just to argue with customers. No apology just arguing. Last time we'll come to the Mckinney restaurant.
