The women taking the order at lunch today was rude and wouldn't verify the order when asked, she said just pull around very rudely. Told her wanted large everything including the smoked brisket sandwich which she didn't even ask what size I wanted, I picked up the food and parked up front and checked everything and the sandwich barely had meat on it and no onion crisp at all. I had to sit in the drive thru again and also tried calling them several times while in line and was just ringing and ringing and then it just hung up on me. I finally make it back around and the lady got an attitude with new about the sandwich being wrong and said very rudely what's wrong with the sandwich and told her and she took it abd waited for another one and when it came out it looked like a 4 year old put it together. I highly do not recommend this location seems like several problems because there was last the walked up to window while I was waiting because they messed her order up also.

Marquee says lobby open 10am to 10pm is 7:20 lobby is closed big sign on window saying dining room open as well! Doors are locked and a bag of trash in front of the door.

I just came from the Arby's in McKinney TX and your facility SUCKS!!! This is why:
1. We asked and ordered the crispy fish sandwiches but instead got roast beef sandwiches.
2. What happened to uniforms? No one at this facility was wearing them.
3. If the "girls" would stop laughing and talking and pay better attention to the customer and what they order your review status would not be a 3.6.
4. I'm giving you 1 star just so I can leave this review. If it were up to me, you wouldn't even get that.
In closing, I will not be back to this location and I wouldn't recommend anyone to eat here.

I don't usually right reviews. But I have been to this location several times this week in the evenings to pick up dinner only to be told they are out of roast beef. Which would probably explain why there is never any cars there. It is unfortunate that people are spending their money else where.

I want to start off by saying that I been coming to this location for the past few years I came by yesterday during lunch I think this is by far the best they had treated me the food was great customer service as well . The inside of restaurant was clean i enjoy my time there .everyone in there are such a hard working people and they are doing their best to keeps us happy and give us the best service. will definitely come back !

This location should be shut down. I came here at 9:05 pm to pick up an online order and the guy never came on the intercom to acknowledge that I was there. So, I drove up to the window to knock and as I proceeded to let him know that I was picking up an online order, he tells me they are closed. The hours are posted on the window that show 10 pm as the closing time and he refused to make the order. UNBELIEVABLE! Management, please ensure that this does not happen again. Like many others, I will not be returning to this location.
