I swear I would never go back after I drove all the way out from the country to my closest Taco Bell to pick up breakfast for several people and at 9 AM on a Sunday they told me they were out of eggs. Worse yet, I had ordered online and neither the store nor online could give me a refund because I didn’t do it through an app. I had to go through my credit card. I finally condescended to go to a different Taco Bell today. I got stuck in the drive-through line because they were out of the five items that I was trying to order.This includes two of their premium drink specials. So now I’m sitting here in line through the drive-through because I can’t get out due to a wall in rush-hour traffic. A full half hour wasted. I guess it’s my fault because I won’t learn, but I will absolutely never going to Taco Bell again. Plus their food is gross what can I say? I thought I was safe for some drinks and a breakfast but I can’t even get that. And they tried to steal my money!

Worst Taco Bell in the McKinney/Allen/Frisco area. I’ve given them far too many chances because my kids love the freezes and this location is convenient, but today marked the last day this location will ever see a dime of our family’s money. Horrendous customer service, and I wish I could give them zero stars.
8/10 times, the freeze machine is broken or down (think McDonald’s ice cream/shake machine). 9/10 they leave an item out of the order, whatever you do, do not order the cinnamon twists. 5 times I ordered cinnamon twists, and 4 times they were left out of the order. I guess I was foolish to keep trying. It became a running joke with my family, but the kids were always disappointed. I never bothered going back, I just do not have time on those days (hence why we are getting fast food).
Today, the lady working the drive thru at 5pm had her cell phone ring and literally asked, “Can you hold on, so I can answer my phone?” right in the middle of taking my order! Next she told me they had no freezes (for the umpteenth time, in spite of the prominent advertisement displaying freezes). My kids were upset but were willing to settle for the pink lemonade, which they also did not have. Finally I ordered two small Sierra Mists. The lady was extremely unfriendly when I got to the window. Next she hands me my order. We received a few soggy nacho fries. The Sierra Mists were both straight carbonated water, no syrup. And the chicken crunchy taco my daughter ordered, well, she was given beef instead. And since she does not eat beef (and neither do the rest of us), it just went into the garbage.
I can envision an off day, but this has happened too many times. Shame on me for giving them so many chances. Never again.

Pretty frustrating experience tonight. Ordered a couple items without cheese or sour cream. Both ended up with it. I pull up to the window to explain the issues. The guy taking orders left the window to tell the kitchen staff. He came back to ask what I wanted…which again were these two menu items, hold the cheese and sour cream. After another minute and three cars pulling up, he came back to hand me cash (as a refund) and says they can’t make it. I ask why can’t they make it. He says “we just can’t”. It seems he just wanted the problem to go away quickly and not resolve the issue. Went home hungry and frustrated

Sunday February 27th 2022, The girl taking our order was very rude, constantly rushing us, and the food was mediocre at best. Based on the other reviews as well, this location needs better management over their employees.
Use a different Taco Bell if possible.

Ever imagine even in Dream - Taco Bell takes 30+ mins to prepare food for Takeout after an Online order is placed about 30+ mins. before that.
The App shows my Taco salad is ready at 7.39 pm - but at 8.10 pm I am still waiting for the pickup!!!!!!!!!!
This Taco Bell particularly has gone from bad to worst!!!
Management - respond & correct please.
God knows how they will survive when the downturn comes in near future!

Their “system” is never working unless you’re picking up doordash/Uber eats. Tried the app and doesn’t work and they can’t pull it up. I was trying to work with this new order on a app process. Then tried to cancel and then said unable to cancel because of a query code error. Waited for acknowledgement at window and the guy comes back after 5 min of waiting and has his hands in his pants. Well that’s discouraging. and somehow always forgets the hot sauce.

I work there and the menu items and pictures shown here are not up to date. Most of the items listed are not on the menu at this time, they have listed every item ever on the menu not the current menu items. The pics are even labeled incorrectly with a picture of a crunch wrap labeled as a quesadilla.

This Taco Bell needs some serious help. Ι ordered on the app as Ι always do and chose to pick up in the drive thru. Well apparently now you can only order your food through the drive thru not pick up a mobile order. (Makes a lot of sense). Ι get inside and their frozen drink machine is down (they are becoming like McDonald’s with the ice cream machine always broken). Every single item Ι ordered they got it wrong. Ι ordered something with no rice … it had rice. Ι ordered a Gordita crunch with no cheese. It had cheese but no lettuce. Ι don’t understand how it’s so difficult for people to just read an order and make it the way it was written especially when we are PAYING for the food, but Ι guess that’s what you get when you have lazy employees.
