By far the best Pho in the Dallas area I've had so far. Perfect noodle texture and broth flavor. The hand-made sushi is also outstanding! I'm a loyal Pho Bistro customer for life.

After ordering Pho (to go) from here twice and loving it, my husband and I decided to dine in for dinner this past weekend. From the start, service was bad. It took forever for someone to come to our table, after we ordered it took 40 minutes for us to get our food. I asked for a fork to eat my noodles since there was no silverware on the table, and the fork was never brought out.. I had to go up and grab it myself from the sushi bar. We ordered sushi, and one entree each. The sushi was bland, the shrimp was way too salty on my husbands rice entree, and over cooked on my flat noodles entree. My husband did not finish his hibachi rice as he said it was very bland. I left half my plate as I did not enjoy it. The Thai tea was also terrible.. it had white stuff floating in it and no matter how much I mixed it, it didn’t go away. We paid $55 for our dinner, worst money I’ve spent in a while on 3 food items.
Also, their chairs and tables are just uncomfortable. We had to lean in half a foot just to reach the table and eat our food, I looked over at the other tables and they seemed to be doing the same.
We will not be returning. I would rather get pho from a place with better service.

Anyone complaining about portions are fatties! The potions are more than enough for a normal sized human being. Pricing is also fair, considering inflation and rise in cost of goods and services. Anyone saying otherwise should stay home and eat Ramen. :)

Really nice, under staffed but for some reason I feel that was by choice. I had not been to the new site until last Thursday but long story short, they now have a sushi bar, I did not partake but I will return because I love sushi and I love the fact that I can sit and watch it made to order. Great place I have been going to them for like 8 years and they never disappoint.

Service is awful, food is okay. We have been twice. The first visit we ordered pho and a bento box. The chicken was DRY but sushi egg rolls were very good, pho was alright nothing really to right home about.Second visit again the service was so horrible, we ordered the honeymoon and fried rice. The fried rice was excellent to me at first but pretty sure we got a touch of food poisoning because not long after leaving we all got sick. We will not be coming back.

Food is over priced & they forget everything and are rude.
Ordered a $50 order here just now. They forgot a large portion of our order. Drove across town during rush hour (again) to get the rest & they told us it was somehow our fault they forgot our order. Took 25 minutes to get the rest of our order : no exaggeration.
No compensation for our time or the expensive gas to get here twice. No apology. Will not be back.

First trip here and overall it was a negative experience. The down and dirty? Food was good, service was atrocious. We ordered a large bowl of Pho and some chicken pad Thai. My Pho came out in like 3 minutes and the Pad Thai literally came out 19 minutes after my Pho arrived. I was done eating by the time my wife’s food arrived. Drinks were never refilled and had to go to the cashier to ask for our check. Oh yea, $5 for two spring rolls? No way. As far as the food goes it was great! But couldn’t make up for the atrocious service.

Food is super good. I used to eat here all the time and never really had a bad experience. The last time I was here would be my last unfortunately though, my pho came out with a hair in it. No problem, I told them and they brought me out a new one. Except it was the same bowl. They brought it to the back, took the hair out then brought it back out 🙄 and then the owner had the nerve to argue with me about it. Yikes
