Hands down the best Sushi in Pittsburgh, If you go here definitely get the OMG roll it’s amazing. Tommy is the best, everything he makes is high quality!

I’ll be honest, I hate giving bad reviews but I won’t eat here again. The sushi was definitely not good. I went inside to get a menu since I have never been there before. There was literally one table of people eating in the entire restaurant. The gentleman working behind the sushi counter was not very nice and decided to insult/ scold me for asking how many pieces of sushi came in an order… I thought that was a pretty general question in a sushi restaurant but according to him it’s not. When I got back to work and opened the to go box of sushi, the eel sauce that they put on top was literally smothering the sushi. There was so much sauce on top of it it’s like they dumped the entire bottle of eel sauce on it. As for the fried rice, it had corn and vegetables in it, which is not your typical American style fried rice. Definitely not worth the money I paid.

Tommy continues to create great sushi. Bring your own booze, and patience since he can take some time to prep on busy days. Plenty of parking and definitely a great spot for a cheap date.

I enjoyed my lunch here today. All the food was solid. The restaurant was nice. Service was good. What else could you ask for?

The rolls are fresh, delicious, and a good size. There is only one sushi chef at Fuji so if you order a lot or if there's a crowd it might take a while for you food, but it's worth it.

I thought it was impossible to find sushi in Pittsburgh that I'd like because Ive had some of the best sushi in the world but after trying one of Tommy's rolls I knew I was proven wrong. I think its actually the best sushi I've ever had. The OMG roll is to die for. Hes a super nice guy too.
