Mcdonald's

Went through the drive through earlier and ordered a #1 Big Mac Meal and an ice cream cone. At the time I placed my order I requested no lettuce and extra onions on my sandwich. The photos clearly show how I received my order. There were so many onions that it made the middle bun (Which was not toasted.) wet from too many onions. (The bun was soaking wet to the point of it being gummy.-Gross 🤢) I’m aware they are reconstituted dehydrated onions and there’s not an exorbitant amount of liquid in them. So, with that knowledge it’s obvious there were too many onions put on the sandwich. Needless to say this meal was not edible and thrown away. I tried to call this location but I got a modem in my ear or it kept ringing and not answered. Is this what we’ve come to accept from fast food? It’s sad and discouraging to spend hard earned money on food that’s not edible and then not be able to speak with someone in management (or anyone for that matter). I wanted to express my concerns, disappointment and my unfavorable experience at this location. It’s not the first time I’ve encountered this situation at this location. I’m very saddened at the lack of care and concern for other people’s time, money, satisfaction and poor quality of food preparation. We all eat out sooner or later. I say train your associates to prepare my order as they would if it were for themselves and/or one of their own loved ones.

Ordered a 1/4 ponder PLAIN with cheese. They put everything on it, than took the stuff off and gave it to me. Strike 1 Ordered fresh fries,, they were cold. Strike 2 Ordered a large shake, shake machine was down. Not happy but it happens once in awhile, I can live with that. Ordered 2 hot apple pies, they were cold. Strike 3 If it were in my power I'd fire the whole crew, no excuse for serving COLD FOOD!!!!!!!! I ended up paying $10.88 for COLD FOOD that I couldn't even eat. Only thing that I could stomach and eat was the cold pies. No I did not go back in to complain cause they wouldn't have done a thing about it at all but laugh at me. So I hope these people are real proud of themselves, cause I sure am not proud or happy with these people.

Just left this place. Worst McDonalds service I’ve ever received! They got our order wrong, charged us again for new fries, and the person at the register complained about me right in front of me to her coworker! Unacceptable customer service. Rudeness, no polite tones or smiles. Just annoyed at us for coming into to correct our order. THE NERVE OF US. Edit: I just looked a bunch of the reviews, one stars all over the place!! Managers: hello? Wake up and make changes!

9-27-2000 Late dinner. I’ve never been to this McDonald’s before I was stopping to get gas and decided to grab a bite to eat to my surprise the lobby was closed due to remodel which is not a problem hopefully it will look nice when it’s finished the lady at the window sound if she was extremely tired and when I asked for a receipt she gave me the wrong one I did not notice I had the wrong receipt until I pulled off the food was typical McDonald’s food it was not horrible but it was not great. I would return again McDonald’s is McDonald’s at the end of the day
