This is a simple restaurant which has been around for many years. I remember it being over 45 years old, but has been around ;longer than that. It serves unpretentious, delicious hoine-style Tex-Mex food. It is one of those places you long to go back to as soon as you return to your home town. Memo

We were told this place makes masa for tamales, we had to go check it out since my mom was making pork tamales for the holidays & they were DELICIOUS! Family was going over to pick up tamales & my mom didn't have enough with just one batch, she had to make another! 🤗

Gorditas not the same as years ago. Too salty. Don't understand why restaurants increase price and give smaller portions... It's ok to increase prices on big portions, of course. But why increase prices if you're going to make the gorditas smaller.....

Luv this place, been going there since I was a kid n my mom gets her Masa for the tamales their. Very good comfort food 👍🙌
