Definitely one of the best restaurants in the valley.
Been there quite a few times always great friendly service and the food is simply the best.
Great entertainment also a great place to watch soccer games. I have tried most of the items on the menu and have been impressed

You gotta love a restaurant with colorful murals! It is fun to read all the "dichos y refranes" while you wait for your food. We went on a Sunday afternoon and it was pretty busy.
We started with 'Queso Fundido con Chorizo' (melted white cheese) as an appetizer. It really was delicious and the highlight of our lunch. The flour tortillas were good.
The 'Parrillada Milagrosa' dish (for 2 people) was a treat. It is a combination of beef and chicken fajitas with grilled cactus, sausage, onions, cheese, and avocado served with quesadillas, rice, and charro beans. I loved the charro beans!
Unfortunately, they don't have a good cocktail menu. I tried the Margarita with a Corona beer on it. In order for the beer to not tip over, you need to order it as a frozen Margarita (which I'm not a fan of to begin with). I chose the lemon-flavored Margarita from the relatively large selection of flavors. It was tasteless. I don't recommend it.
This is my second time visiting here. Today I enjoyed a Filete Zarandeado, it was delicious!! No regrets, the fish was cooked to perfection and the rice and veggies compliment it very nicely. The Tamarindo Margaritas are a must try as well!
The Nacho Panchos plate is huge and very good!
