Review Wendy's - Maysville

Horrible service. The lady taking orders rushed us through everything, before I could even get my whole order out she kept saying, “and what else?” Got to the window and 3 young girls were all loudly bad mouthing someone with the window open. Once we drove off and started to eat, there were no napkins, no ketchup, (which was requested) and no spoon for my daughter’s frosty. I opened my burger and there was a sliver of bacon for my “bacon cheeseburger”. C’mon now, seriously? Seemed like a lot of young people who just didn’t care about doing a good (or even decent) job.

Is Wendy's is always clean and it's in a convenient location. Nowadays after covid it's hard to determine if you can ever get inside to eat. Sometimes they're open, sometimes they're not. If they are open, the food is good and the service is good.

Sadly, I had to watch a Karen in front of me take forever to order. I just had a feeling there was no pleasing this woman. After I ordered and pulled around, sure enough Karen was yelling at the person in the window. Entitled people like her should just stay home and fix your own food! No one else will live up to your standards! My food and service were fantastic!

I was not very happy or satisfied with the drive thru crew at all. They rushed us when my family and I ordered, then closed the window every time we tried to talk or ask about something. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had with any Wendy’s.

This place is expensive if you got a big family (7) like us we spend well over 50 dollers everytime but there food is so good! It's always fresh and cooked as soon as you order it! unlike McDonald's plus there mozzarella sticks are to DIE FOR!

Maysville Wendy's is a nasty place. Service is the worst. There always in there cussing and yelling. Allowing workers to set on the counters where the drive thru window is. That's so unsanitary. Got a burger there that was pink as can be in the middle. Get chili and no dang spoon to eat it with. This place needs need management or shut down. They use expired meat in the chili.

The sandwich was good but cold fries. There was laughing in the kitchen with a young 9-10 yr old girl right by the drive thru window.

Ok..went through the drive thru this afternoon and the guy says you have to pay cash. I asked can I use my card inside he said yes so around the building I drive. I gave my daughter my card and told her to get her sandwich and a baked potato for my Mom. I wait probably 10 minutes and she comes out empty handed. Says Mom they are fighting in there so I just left along with the people in line in front of me. I take the card and go back in. They are still spating a bit but not to terrible. No one seems to care to wait on me so I continue to stand there. A woman that was eating inside came to the counter looked at me and said I'm almost afraid to ask fir anything. She did though. She wanted to know if anyone had made sweet tea yet. She got a big no. She left and a gentleman came in from outside that was wai]I on his order said for 15 minutes He asked for the manager.They had some words and he threw the sandwich on the counter that somebody haded him and told them what they could do with it. Finally a sweet young girl asked if I still wanted something and I said yes if it can be managed. She looked like she wasn't sure so I asked if I tell you what I want will that help. She said yes so I told her I wanted the new chicken sandwich and the baked potato..they had no potatoes but she got right on the sandwich and I was able to exit the building..never in all my life have I seen anything like it.

Waited in line for quite a while. The young man at the fryer didn't want to work so he just leaned on the counter even after his manager and the cashier kept asking him to do something and bag fries. Orders were messed up and people were in line for a second time to get things resolved. Cars outside were lined up waiting for food. Frosty cups were only filled 3/4 of the way. The dining room was an atrocious mess. Tables hadn't been wiped in what seemed like forever and trays Were all over the place. I won't return.

Ordered our food. It was simple enough. Sit down to eat and 2/3 sandwiches are completely wrong. Take them up to get fixed and they STILL came back wrong. Didn't bother with a third time. Now I'm eating my wrong sandwhich and cold fies. Not to mention 80% of the tables were dirty. Screw this place.

This Wendy's was very very nasty did not even get order right the tables were all dirty and sticky and the floor looked like it had not been cleaned it like a couple weeks the restroom was even horrible the toilet looked like someone took a crap and whipped it all over it and the sink the floor had urine every where it should of been closed and out of business very nasty Wendy's and they were not even busy.

Poor service , food was not that good , bench falling off at one table . The bathroom has no diaper changing station.

If I ask for a burger with ONLY CHEESE that didn't mean I want all the other crap on it if you can't get that order right you need fired. The inside looks bad the workers are always yellin and talkin at each other while your trying to order last time I eat at this Wendy's there's better places in maysville anyway.
