Mac and cheese tasted like dirt. Chicken sandwich was dry. The crispy chicken just tasted off like they didn't use any type of seasoning just flour. All in all I'd pick a different fast food place
The Morgan/Maumelle location is hit and miss. Out of sweet tea, asked for ranch and didn't get it, and honey was spilled inside my to-go order sack (I didn't ask for honey), and my biscuit was missing. Let's get it together folks and make the Colonel proud.

The food was good.. but while I was there couple different sets of people left because nobody was a maintaining the cash register and greeting people... at least the place was clean and the folks was nice...
This is the 4th time we have been there in the last couple months. Every time we come t they are out of something we ordered. Then we were told to call a number for a refund. This is hands down the worst kfc I have ever been to. We will be making the longer drive to conway from now on.
I went at 7:15pm on a monday night! They dont close until 9pm not only did I get treated like they were about to close I was told that the signs on the menu that said I got a free cake with my order were wrong. I also got told that they would have to see if they had a 12 piece of chicken tenders. Wh
My family and I were traveling to Arkansas from Chicago. My mother-in-law only eat KFC when traveling. This was the first KFC we found in AR. The location right off 40 West in Manuelle, AR was the best we’ve ever had. They put Chicago’s KFC’s to shame. Everything was fresh and perfectly cooked.
