Sadly it’s gone really downhill. It breaks my heart to leave a bad review bc this used to be one of my favorite places. We are here very often!! However, it’s been terrible lately. The food is decent -if you pick the right item- (tortilla soup was served cold!!) but the service is bad. :( Multiple
Went on a Tuesday. Ordered the house margarita which, according to their blackboard as you walk in, is $3.50. Got charged DOUBLE. Brought it up to the waitress, told "that's not right". Then remove your false advertising! This isn't the first time they've done something like this. All of my families
The margaritas were great! Strong and good! But the service was HORRIBLE! WE HAD TO ASK FOR REFILLS ON DRINKS. CHEESE DIP WAS COLD! OUR WAITER ERIK DIDNT EVEN COME BACK TO ASK WAS THE FOOD OKAY. We had to ask for silverware and straws. And not to mention when we first walked in I immediately noticed

It was OK good chips, and salsa waitress was nice. Didn't care for the red sauce, enchiladas, or the tamale. Maybe I'm spoiled from years of eating Mexican food living along the border
Came to have dinner at 9:30 and we walked in people were eating. We were told that they were closed. Yet, the door was UNLOCKED and it was 30 minutes before closing time. I’m pretty sure that we were being discriminated against!!! 0 starts. I heard that this place is infected with roaches anyways
Good food. Nice atmosphere but one time that we came in before closing, they sat us up by the register and right when our food got their, they decided to mop around us with strong pinesol or bleach, i forget but it was so strong, thats all you could taste. We got our stuff to go. I complained about
We enjoyed Mr. Pancho's. It is one of our favorites. We especially like their seafood dishes.
