One of my favorite things to do is try an item off of every menu in within a couple miles just getting a chance to try every restaurant I'm very satisfied with blue water grill thanks for the amazing experience of seafood and steak
Nice place. My friend loves it but I'm not a seafood person. There are only 3 non seafood choices. Wish they had more choices. We would go there more often if the did.

Good food and good service they undercook the steaks slightly so they don't go over, but you can get them thrown back on the grill. Chocolate cake was very good.
Absolutely loved it. Best service i have ever received. the free bread was the best i have ever had, and the food was to die for. great for a fancy night out.

Great Seafood to back up the name. Sometimes, the Mancy Family has resorted to resting on the weight of their name as opposed to continually trying to improve (see my comments on the Steakhouse)...but for Seafood, this place excels. First off he Ahi Tuna is probably the best Tuna in Toledo (for both quality, as well as appearance). This is also a fun place to be on any night of the week - good crowd, with more of an upscale clientel. Their specials are updated regularly, their pricing is what you would expect for Fresh Seafood, and the service is very good.

Ate there for the first time last night. It was delicious. We had reservations. Thank goodness because the wait was an hour and a half! I had the tuna with wasabi and my husband had a steak. Would recommend both dishes. Waiter was great. Will definitely be back!
Melt in Your Mouth Fish. The Maple Bourbon Salmon was the best I've ever had. It had a wonderful, buttery flavor that just melted in your mouth.
The grilled AHI Tuna and the Del Monico Steak were pretty good too.
Excellent. Great food, 5 star (with a 4 star price) and the waiter wqas the best O ever had. I deep voiced guy who always said "my pleasure" when you asked for something. Example, can I get some extra butter? ...."My pleasure" and he said it like he meant it. The food along with the service made it my best dining experience ever.
PS I am not a shill. Went to Emerald's at Disney and had a horrible dining experience. Don't go there. Peace.

Wish This Place Was In Greenville, SC. But then I'd weigh 500 lbs if it was THAT convenient. Great atmosphere, great service and great food. I stumbled across this place on my way to a "chain" restaurant the hotel desk clerk had suggested. I just happened to visit during their "happy hour" during which a number of selections are discounted. After an appetizer of a dozen Bluepoint oysters on the half shell, I tried the "Asian Style Calamari" and it was excellent. And the Guinness on tap is always a winner when I find a restaurant which serves it and pours it correctly. I plan to try the "Bourbon Sea Bass" on my next visit since my client raved about it.
Nice place. We stop often and have always enjoyed our meal.....well run operation. highly recommend
Might be the best restaurant in Toledo or at least top 5!! Try the simply grilled menu if you love seafood!!!
My last meal would be.... The Maple Bourbon Salmon. Then off to the electric chair with a smile.
Solid Seafood. After my fourth try I'm ready to commit to a two thumbs up for this Mancy venture. 3 of the four times I've had the Chilean sea bass and highly recommend it. It is prepared to perfection - they understand that less is more with this seafood delight. The Bigeye Tuna tartar appetizer was outstanding. The tuna was highest quality as was the guacamole. The wasabi drizzle was the perfect acompaniment to both. To top it off was a molten chocolate cake that was perfectly tender, rich and gooey. Service was excellent.
We were in the bar, which tends to be our favorite spot in any restaurant but the noise was deafening. Seems to be the norm in any restaurant nowadays but it would be nice if they could try to tone it down a somehow.
Great food. Only complaint are the trashy people who sat close to us and were dressed like slobs! Love the food and drinks! Worth every penny.
The meals tasted fantastic but I have to agree that it was way over priced for the Toledo market. Definitely a place to experience at least once.
Grilled Chilean sea bass was finished just right! Food great, Hoegaarden beer even served in it's own Belgian glass. 3 out of 3 people in our group all liked their meals each with a different entree fish. Would come back here just to try something else on the menu.
Bluewater is a great place for seafood. The atmophere is upscale and unique. The staff friendly and helpful.

Fantastic!!!. Another great experience at the Bluewater Grille. The food and ambience is absolutely amazing. There are so many touches that the Bluewater Grille has that no other restaurant in Toledo can compete with.
The wine list is a progressive wine list so that it's nearly impossible to pair the wrong wine with your entree. I love the Clos du Val Cabernet Sauvignon! I haven't been able to find this vintage at any restaurant in the area so it is such a treat. The autumn menu really reflects the season like the Maple Bourbon Salmon and the Pumpkin Swordfish. Such innovative flavors!
I admit that I was reading some of the previous comments made, and I can only believe that these are just people that can't be made happy. The Bluewater Grille is such a phenomenol restaurant, of course there would be people that would be jealous of their success and menu offerings. When style, class, taste and overall guest experience surpasses competitors, it is bound upset those that wish to imitiate what the Bluewater Grille has to offer.
My suggestion: Try the Steak Tips Au Poivre. The blue cheese cream sauce is heaven. For your salad, the caesar salad with anchovies is a must. Entree selection is a hard one since there is so much to choose from. I highly recommend the BBQ Glazed Chilean Sea Bass. The BBQ sauce really makes the sea bass melt in your mouth. And for dessert, the Key Lime Pie, hands down.

In love with this restaurant. There are so many choices to choose from. Chef Rob Campbell came to our table and told my family and I how the restaurant is able to bring the freshest seafood to Toledo. He is an amazing chef!
There is a special entree called the Pan Seared Ahi Tuna which has sushi grade tuna. It melts in your melt with its fabulousness.
And if you are a steak lover, the restaurant features the 87 year tradition of the Mancy's famous steaks. No one is left out!!
This is a phenomenal restaurant, one that every Toledoan should dine at at least once a month.
OSUFHRules. Love the Bluewater Grille! The wine list is awesome and my favorite dish is the Tuna. I also like the Tuna Tartar as an appetizer. There are many great items on the menu. I have always had a great meal there as well as great service.
First time here, for my mother’s birthday and I have nothing but good things to say! The customer service, ambiance, waiter and food was an A+….. The dishes are well thought out and our waiter actually knew what he was talking about when asked about certain dishes. Great for a date night, special occasion or a quiet evening. Will absolutely be back!

Without question, this is Toledo's finest upscale dining establishment. I love the fact they explain the history to first time guests. Red carpet treatment from beginning to end. Romantic ambiance with very attentive servers. The soft music puts you in a calm posture. Delicious gourmet food, adult portions, and excellent dessert choices. If you want to impress, bring your special person here.
Elegant dining with friends, on a date, or with your spouse, Mancy’s Bluewater Grille is the restaurant to go. It has a wonderful selection of food options. The salmon and butternut squash ravioli w/ or w/out pecans was superb! A must try on the menu! The potatoes as a side dish as well!
