I absolutely love this Pizza Hut location! They are always on time with delivery, the food always tastes great and is nice and hot, and the orders are always accurate. I love ordering from here and will continue to do so! :)
The guy working the counter brought the cheese sticks out after we had been eating the rest of our combo. I thought it was just late but I was wrong. He wasn't satisfied with the first order and took it upon himself to go back and make a second order! Delicious! Unexpected quality control and customer care,thanks guy! I tipped well but still hope he gets to read this.
Mauldin Pizza Hut offers great service! I used the app to order my food for family night. My food was ready as ordered, food temperature was perfect, and staff was friendly. I recommend using the app and contactless service.
Dude running the register tonight was swamped with upset customers and had issues with the register. He handled the customers well and didn't crank, got everyone's order in and did his job. Turns out it was his first night running the register after no one showed up to work due to weather. Pizza was great but the service was better.
