This restaurant is located on UH Maui campus, upstairs in the Pa'aina Bldg. It is operated by the college's Culinary Arts program students, both in the kitchen and patron area. Open on Wednesdays and Fridays only, there is a different type food served each week...…...all absolutely delicious!!! The

The UH Maui College Culinary students do an excellent job! Unfortunately, hours and seating is limited, so it's best to call and make reservations!
