Pizza is always spot on. Have never had any issues with order being wrong or different…and I’ve been ordering pizza from here now for about 7 years. Have had a few times where they were willing to deliver outside of
Their normal “zone” because they weren’t super busy…. Going out of their way to meet their customers needs, what more can you ask for? They’ll continue to get my business!

We were big fans of their pizza, but we won't be ordering from Jet's anymore. On a Saturday afternoon, we placed an order, and the pizza never arrived. We called twice and were told it was on the way, only to be told on the third call nearly two hours later that they were understaffed that day and it was nowhere near ready. Full disclosure, this was a few months ago, but they lost our business permanently because they chose to lie to me twice and waste my time, rather than tell me what was really happening.

My first time getting pizza from this place and I think I found the place I'll be always going to. Delicious pizza with a lot of options. Clean and friendly atmosphere. I would recommend every one to try Jet's Pizza. I promise you will not regret it.

Since Chicago doesn't know how to share deep dish with the rest of the US, I'll be sticking with Detroit as best. Maybe this isn't the best Detroit deep dish but I've tried Sicilian pizzas and other deep dish pies all around the area and Jets is THE BEST OF ALL. There are other pizza spots with better pizza but Jets deep dish is king!

We have been going here for a while. I have noticed the service is slipping a little. Last 2 orders had some issues and was not expected. Also do NOT use the text ordering. Yeah you get 20% off. But my order ended up being $36. If I would have ordered online it would have be $32? Go figure?

I had a wonderful Detroit pepperoni pizza and Greek salad. The food was wonderful and the service was quick. The pizza was not greasy it was awesome.
