Very fast service... Until they give you the wrong order. Getting my order corrected takes 5x as long as normal service. No clue why. Some days it's literally 60 seconds between when I enter the parking lot and when I leave with my food. The couple times they have me the wrong order took almost 10 m
DUNKIN DONUTS of Matteson, IL on Lincoln Highway is my go to for coffee to get me thru long work shifts. I go thru the drive thru and the service is fast, customers spoken to courteously & all in all a positive experience. There are slower service days when they are training new employees but that
They rarely get my coffee order correct. And they always forget my coffee roll unless its the only food I've ordered. Still gonna go though cause its convenient but I'm going to complain the whole time!
Donuts were delivered with no security tape and looked like they had been tossed around. Tried to call them but they NEVER answer the phone!

Not very clean. Hostess can in and began to fix my order put her filthy hands inside of the cup to pick it up. She had just come in from the parking lot. Did not was her hands..Fingers right inside the coffee cup..pretty darn nasty.
Messaged them. Facebooked them... told them that their new fancy cups soiled the interior of my new car, stained my coat and clothes...and their reply back? They appreciate the feedback. The coffee may or may not be good, but if you're licking it off the bottom of the cup, it's no good to me. Shame
Gave me a half empty cup of latter when I paid for a macchiato just now. Didn't give me a receipt either. Lazy and inefficient location.
