Extremely terrible customer service skills, zero professionalism and they struggle to even get an order correct. The staff are rude and seem to have a very hard time engaging/acknowledging customers inside the restaurant or being spoken to disrespectfully at the drive thru speaker.

Waited almost 30 min in the drive thru, only to have my order wrong and can't go inside because inside dining doesn't open until 4pm. Didn't have time to wait in line for another 30 to fix my order. Usually I can handle inconveniences, but having this happen more than once is enough.
