We went in and a young man, wish I got his name for this, made a comment he liked my Mickey Mouse t shirt I was wearing and then told my wife he liked her shirt too. It doesn't take a lot to be nice and he was really nice. The store was busy and he still took time to make it a personal experience.

Pretty delish and amazing drinks! My only word if advice would be to own up to mistakes! I ordered a drink today called the Avalanch(chocoalte, white chocolate, and mint) that was made wrong. Some berry flavor was added and my fiance HATES ALL BERRY FLAVORS(I know hes so weird). When I went back and asked if it was possible that they messed it up they swore they didnt. Being a barista in the past for 3+ years I know when a drink is made wrong. They remade it, didnt make conversation and handed it out. When I was about to leave I tasted it and it tasted COMOLETELY different. Mint is a strong flavor and I could finally taste it! They asked as I left if it was better and I told them yes. I understand that its awkward owning up to mistakes but I would of given 100% 5 stars if they would of been honest about it.

The manager here is incredible. She keeps things moving quickly and makes amazing drinks. Also, many of their baristas here know how to make good drinks. In drink comparison alone, Mason biggby tops every other biggby location I've been to in both the Lansing and Jackson area. I'm confident I will drive away/leave each time enjoying whatever drink I order due to their consistency.

Love to treat myself occasionally and stop at biggby and they are always great it takes a little time to go through the drive through sometime but understandably to make the drinks so I don't recommend stopping if your hoping to rush through the line quickly especially if there are other cars in line I'd say to estimate anywhere from 5 to 10 or more minutes per car from my experience depending on staffing and number of drink people ahead of you are ordering. Over all if you aren't in a big rush they do a fantastic job always friendly and professional 👏

He was positive and working hard. I think this really represents a great Biggby. My Mocha and kids steamer turned out perfect! This location is great and I will return.
