The best service I have received at iHop. The absolute best food. Food was fresh and accurate. Couldn’t ask for a better experience. Our waitress was great.
This store is terribly short staffed which is par for the course in this area sadly- but the few staff they do have are doing all they can to make it work. We had a long wait for a mostly empty dining room- and come to find out it was because one manager (maybe assistant manager) was the only person there at 7:30am. He didn’t blame anything on anyone until finally we saw him in and out of the kitchen between orders and realized- he was not only waiting the tables but also cooking. Alone. Finally about 30 minutes later around 8am another server showed up and a cook. It’s crazy how people will complain about poor service when there’s no one willing to work. Ultimately, the food was hot and done properly so this guy deserved a big tip and a pat on the back- which we gladly provided. I hope others do too- but in the meantime if you’re rude or impatient not a good spot for you!
Waitress was friendly. Manager was helpful and very accommodating when my daughter didn't like her meal choice. He gladly got her something else that she may like better.
I love pan cakes and fajita chicken omelette.
My family and I came in around 9pm and our server Lamont was the absolute best. He is so kind, genuine, and cares about his customers! He made sure our order was correct and always checked on us. A wonderful experience!
Overall, a solid 4fer. The server was very pleasant. We walked in at the beginning of the lunch rush hour. Our food arrived quickly. Everything was definitely up to the normal IHOP standards. Zero complaints.
First time having Crepes and it was amazing! Got the strawberry glazed cream and it was fantastic. And my eggs were perfectly cooked as well. The waitress was great as well. It looks so clean and open.
The people here were incredibly friendly and chatty. The food was as expected and good. It was a little busy on a Sunday morning so the service was a tad slow, but it will not dissuade us from coming back. Not a bad spot for breakfast, and at least it's still decorated for the holidays.
Came in today, as part of our Road trip (we’re from the UK). Although it was short staffed, the two servers did their best to be as efficient as possible and it really made a difference! Biggest of shout-outs to Lamont, made our day with his dedication to serving us and making us smile throughout. He really deserves a raise, and should be recognised for his hard work! Best service out of the many restaurants we’ve been to so far this week. Thank you!

Our server was so personable and the food was great! We were right before closing, but she made us feel super welcome tonight and we’re really appreciative of her.
The food has been very lackluster the last couple of years, but I feel compelled to write a review on our server, Lamont. What a super positive and nice guy. He made us laugh and was attentive beyond belief. When he brought our check, he also brought two coffees and a water to go without us even asking. He is always one step ahead and just had a really sweet demeanor that you could tell was genuine. Seriously, ask for this man to be your server when you arrive.
The server was so great she actually made sure that I got to try the gluten free waffle and I was so pleased it was fantastic I'm coming back to order meal with my sister and we are spreading the word about how good these waffles are they also come in pancakes I highly recommend it and the server is beyond fantastic I went to the Deerfield Township IHOP
