Food, service, and atmosphere are hit or miss. The location is near several large businesses (i.e., Kings Island, Greatwolf Lodge, Cintas, Luxottica.). Parking can be a nightmare, depending on the time of day, and if you're visiting while Kings Island is open.

Metal Rachel are 2 of the greatest employees I have ever met at any chipotle they got my husband and i's order a 100% right with a kind smile and polite conversation even allow us to get extras with no extra charge they are 2 of the nicest employees that I've ever seen out of Chipotle and will a 100% be returning to this location for future orders

Love Chipotle so much, really cant go wrong with it. It never really tastes bad and I wont turn down going there. Sometimes the workers go a little too fast so I cant get my normal order out but thats all I gotta say.

Amazing!!! Have to get on them sometimes for super small portions so I recommend checking your food before you leave, if ordering carryout online, and don't be afraid to say, "can you add a bit more please?" Absolutely love Chipotle. Hopefully it stays clean and reasonably priced

We had a great visit tonight. We were able to support a kids baseball team, the portions of extras such as cheese and salsa were very generous and the staff was friendly, efficient and polite.

I enjoy the food . Workers need to be mindful of serving older adults. Workers talk fast to them and will say rice and what else and the say rice and beans and what else before they have scooped up anything. For a person who has not been there before they need to go down the ilse and point or say each individual items. Subway has the better flow with this.

Food is always fresh. Customer service is top notch. Restaurant is always clean. Order online? It’s usually ready before the app estimate! Something not up to snuff or an honest mistake was made? They sincerely apologize and more than make up for it. Thank you!
